OYO 11647 Hotel Metro

I have stayed in the hotel for almost 15 days and it was an amazing experience. Very good and helpful staff, changed my room immedietaly on my request. Good and nice quality of food, you will get almost everything on an call at room service. Nice locality, parking is a bit problem but no need to worry as the guard is always there to take care of your car. Overall a satisfied and great exprience.

Only good thing about the hotel is location . Rest everything is below standards . All restaurants are on renovation. The rooms are dingy , unhygienic. There were insect infestation in the rooms. Bathroom was in worst shape with no amenities. No hot water . Towels had stains . Cutlery & crockery was in pathetic condition. Nightmare to stay here. Please avoid at all cost.

No lift... Poorly maintained rooms... Delayed service... Very limited breakfast spread... Are few of the improvement area.| Otherwise this hotel is an old property, ideally located on main road in sanjay palace & is available at decent price.|Stayed for total 5days... 3+2..stay in room number 309 was.... Fan regulator out of order... No tea cattle in the room.. Just one charging socket.||Set your priorities & decide.

For someone who wants a comfortable stay in a reasonable price, this is the place for them. This is located in the main city Agra, so one has to come out of this place to visit monuments and tourist places. Despite of being a budget hotel, they have maintained it well. The receptionist is very helpful and humble. They help the guests a lot. They arrange local taxi too for tourists, if required. St. Peters college and church is close to this location.

1. No Regards for guests. 2. Free wifi not worked. 3. Bed sheets and covers are not washed 4. Lots of noise. Can't sleep and work. 5. No proper behaviour with guest. ( I asked for warm water for shower at 2 in noon, they tell me, it is not the time to take shower. They will decide when i have to take shower also.)

It's just like an average hotel in India. An unfortunate discovery for me was absence of hot water. Food - spicy and oil, but delicious tea. However, room service is very kind and nice. Some of the things require maintance (door lock broken, menu falling apart). But! no cockroaches and rooms are clean and so are bed sheets (which is extremely important to me as a foreigner), compared to other OYO hotels as I had a sad experience of staying in.

Great location, atleast for me. Mcdonalds, pizza hut, dominos, subway within walking distance Although the main lobby was under renovation but it was only a minor inconvenience. Hotel room was above average. The room service needs improvement as there were one or two irritating incidents.

It's an nice hotel with nice interior, situated at a prime location of Agra. I love this place for its hygeine and cleanliness, although the staff is quite non friendly. Also A. C is working fine and TV too. If u go agra stay at here this place Is satisfying.
