Holiday Inn Agra Mg Road, an IHG Hotel

This place charges 5* prices for a 2* or 3* experience. First, there was only one hand towel in the bathroom even though there were two of us in the room. Second, the body wash bottle was empty and was never replenished. Third, the man at reception was very rude. He rudely handed back my Dad money without any explanation (turns out he wouldn't accept the cash because it was a bit creased). Fourth, they applied taxes to our restaurant bill without telling us at the restaurant that additional taxes would be applied. When we told them that this was unacceptable, they would barely look us in the face. Fifth, they requested feedback probably around five times (including by knocking on our door twice while we were taking a nap). And yet when you give them feedback, they aren't remotely interested. In short, they only want your positive feedback, not your negative feedback. Sixth, my eggs order at breakfast was forgotten, meaning I had to wait ages. The only good thing was the food at the restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic. Well done to the chefs. This is simply NOT a 5* hotel.

Our stay at this property was very nice. Aman from the front desk was very welcoming. The food here is super! The variety at the breakfast and dinner buffet was really well laid out, and Restaurant service is very pleasing. Loved the service and attention to detail by Manoj in the restaurant. Also the pastries and bakery items by chef Minakshi were delightful.

housekeeping staff ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and seamless. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and equipped with all necessary amenities, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. Pooran and Sanju, in particular, stood out for their dedication, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor.

"I had the pleasure of staying at holiday inn for 2 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive to every need.||The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional! The breakfast spread was vast and delicious, with something for every palate. Meenakshi and Babita both understood my taste and provided us with amazing breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights and totally enjoyed the hotel's hospitality. 1. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 2. The services and management is excellent with quick response and support. 3. Best part of our stay, the FOOD served here!. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet had the finest taste. Both veg and non veg spread was wide. The bakery items especially their black forest pastry are a must try. The service of the staff like Meenakshi is quick. I would recommend this hotel for a stay at Agra and will definitely visit again in future.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Agra was wonderful. Staff right from reception, restaurant and housekeeping were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and extremely clean. Special mention for Sunil Kumar and Chand in housekeeping for their plight and service oriented behavior.
