Tariff changes without updating to regular customers who books the room assuming they will be charged same tariff .. Staff does not provide owner number to discuss..overall it is ok

The rooms were amazing. Services was good. Location in the mid of the city. well connected. The breakfast options and the taste of food can improved. They have very limited options in breakfast with not as good as we expect. Hotel is designed in old property. The rooms were on 3ed floor but the lift is only till 1st floor then tou have to walk till your room..

Too small rooms. No lift. Staircases are too steep and accident can happen anytime. Not suitable for elderly people. Very limited complimentary breakfast option. Room Service Menu card has a big and impressive list of items in menu card but unfortunately hardly any item is available. They have a basic and routine items available in room service. Recommend to avoid unless it is highly needed.

Hotel Metro Agra However, we were provided a decent room on the 2nd floor. Room infrastructure is good. Staff is cooperative, but it will be nice if they smile more 😊 The tariff is affordable. Food is ok The location of the hotel is very good with Super Connectivity. Lobby is good 👍

Very nice place, room, food, service everything is ultra fine. Very nice place to stay in Agra city. Restaurant, bar is also well equipped with all modern facilities. With all this are safe here. This is an asset for Agra city.

One of the worst experience at a Hotel. Insolent behaviour of staff. Went there with my wife for some official work. Stay was supposed to be for a week but had to leave hotel just after 3 days as there was some construction work going on which caused never ending noises(drilling,hammering) and smell of paint was there the whole time. It was unbearable. When staff was informed about it they had an attitude ki "kya kar sakte hain kaam toh chlega he" (without even caring about guests/about Hospitality) only thing about the hotel is that it is cheap but so is the quality of Service. Hardly do they care about customer service or satisfaction. Rooms are okay if you just want a place to sleep. if u expect good service then i Wouldn't recommend it at all. (Experience of a Banker)
