My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. While the rooms were immaculate—spacious, comfortable, and very clean—the overall experience left something to be desired, particularly in terms of service. Getting in touch with the hotel was difficult, especially by phone. I had hoped to check in early but was unable to get a timely response until I emailed them. The front desk staff could benefit from additional training, as they didn’t seem particularly welcoming or attentive. A simple smile would have made a big difference. On the other hand, the security guards at the gate were always warm and friendly, which was a nice touch. Though the room was lovely, I was disappointed by the lack of a view. Despite the room’s comfort, we had some trouble with room service. We had to call multiple times just to get an extra blanket, which was frustrating. I also inquired about any birthday perks or discounts, but the response was disappointing. They simply said there were no birthday benefits or special offers available, which seemed a missed opportunity for a more personal touch. While the hotel itself is nice, with great potential, the service could use some significant improvements. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the hotel is quite a distance from the Taj Mahal, so plan your travel accordingly. Overall, a good stay, but I hope the hotel staff and service will be given more attention in the future.

Aastha is very nice and talks to everyone honestly and very politely at the reception. She deals with customers very well. I really enjoyed meeting her. Our customers were also very happy with the staff of PL Palace and the services there! I hope we will stay in your hotel again in our next trip! I stayed at Hotel PL Palace Agra with my 20 People Thailand Group which was a wonderful experience for me. I am very thrilled with the services and the staff they are very polite and helpful. Especially the front office team helped me at the time of arrival, they put my group luggage in my customer's room, they treated me very well. Like Aastha ji they served me like a professional. It was a amazing experience, I was staying alone but it doesn't feel like so it was so friendly vibe over there. Their urban deck is just wow and I was so tired so went for the drink in their wok bar that was just amazing it was a great vibe must book your trips or hangout with pl palce agra

We did not stay there but went for lunch. It was my second time having food there with my parents. It was a repeat amazing experience. Their food menu is extensive and everything we ordered was really flavourful and delicious. Rare moments when Indian food tasted so full of fresh ingredients and taste. the service and staff is quite courteous and hands-on. The place was very neat and comfortable. Overall a great experience would definitely try again. My parents loved the food as well :)
