"Great Value for Money!" I recently stayed at Hotel Nuova and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was simple but delicious, with fresh options to start the day right. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. Overall, Hotel Nuova is perfect for travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay. No facilities available room 101 in fact basic necessities like shower not running, Tap tight extreme, commode not sucking, towel very dirty even I asked receptionist to provide again dirty received, AC temperature not reducing below then 20/19. I can't tell you about blanket leave it 😉.. But thanks for providing me stay a night alone

Pros : cheap Cons : very bad hospitality and facilities. We made a booking online and the guy at the reception just wouldn't accept our booking saying pay again full amount. There is a way to convey the message at the very least but that basic etiquette was missing as well. Anyways the manager or someone sorted the situation out later. We did get our rooms which had not been cleaned properly either. We were there for just one day so we didn't even bother with it. The bathroom was a 3/10. Toilet seat was literally falling off of it. "Deluxe room" btw. If you're a solo traveller looking for a cheap Alternative but can accept bad service, this hotel is for you. Otherwise, NO!

Overrated Hotel by OYO. Totally uncomfort stay of 2 days. Changed 3 rooms in 2 days. Picture uploaded by Oyo and property owner is actual but very old one. Hotel receptionist was very soft spoken, helpful and friendly nature. Room service is very disappointing. You have to call twice or thrice for any service. Food served during breakfast or dinner was tasty but service was very poor. I have to waited for one and half hour for simple dinner items. Room ambience was very poor & kind of smelly. Tiles were slightly broken and very dirty. In my room, toliet commode was broken and water was leaking from it. Water tap was very old, broken and also leaking. Bathroom shower was also not functioning. Geysers inlet and outlet pipes was broken although service person provide hot water after demanding two times. There was nothing like hygiene in toilet and bathroom. Mosquitos was flying in room although allout was provided by service person after demanding. In my views, with all these kind of issue, room tariff should not be more than 700-800/- per night. (Photos are attached for all these issues)

The worst hotel i've ever seen in my entire life. I have stayed over like in a thousand hotels. And believe me this is the worst. There is not a single hygiene room available. Nor any ac work in any of the room. They changed my room 4 times. But couldn't give a room with working ac. Then in the 5th room they gave me. The ac was very veey low. But i had to stay cause of the lockdown. No cooperative staff. The food service here are very bad. With a high price no good food service. And the plates they serve the food are very dirty.. bedsheets are torn and dirty. see the pics. Well overall i m writing this for you all. If you read this. Don't book that hotel. Believe me. You'll regret it for your life .

This place can cancel your booking anytime they want by giving plain excuse. I booked through OYO, after spending a day there after booking, when tried to extend my stay, they said they don't have any room vacant. I inquired about the room I just vacated. They said it's been booked. All they wanted was tolet me book by paying them directly. I complainedto OYO, they responded they don't have vacant room, plainly. Helplessly, I had to pay them to book further. So my advice, don't book for single day and extend there, book for full stay.

Worst hotel ever I saw, my company booked fr 2 day, as I reached and saw their rudeness booked another hotel, also do not book online, fraud hotel, orginal owner has sold it out last year still live on portals

Worst hotel ever. Reception never pick up your calls. AC and fans are useless. No quick service for plumbing or electrical work. Unhygienic environment. You will only get high bills and they always ask for money. But they will never give better service for their useless AC & fans & TV.
