OYO Hotel Rajesh Plaza

After spending 2 nights here, the room was the clean, price was reasonable, the washroom was a bit small, rooms have some shorts of imperfections and some damage. Beach is 500m from the room, the area is not so good as there is no availability for good food, especially the main course.

1. Hotel is not sited as per GPS location. It is 600 meterr away from GPS location,so it was very difficult to search the hotel. This hotel is not known to local people, actually it is a home converted to hotel. 2. No breakfast or meal facilities available. Hotel management said ,cook was on leave. 3. No TV facilities, Hotel management says difficulty due to TRAI 4. Bathroom facility not good. 5. Room condition & AC condition is good.

Committed services not provided and I booked through you for elevan persons thru booking id FW1K5044, which was not accepted by the hotel owner saying we are not provide the room at Oyo rate. I have raised the issue with your toll free number and they have changed the booking to id no.SGSG8569 but again hotel owner refuse to provide rooms as per my requirement. While contacting you the booking has been cancelled and no refund has been made for both the instances. I will lodging the complaint in consumer forum for harrassing the customer and non refunding the amount.

We had a memorable experience in this place,we got the facilities of OYO rooms as enlisted in the mobile App,these people are good you can make a stay in mid budget here,clean hygienic bedsheets and towels as well as food too.

Location is not at all good. Inside some gully. No service, food or auto rikshwa available. Price also high. Don't go for it even if u don't have other choices

Rooms are not well maintained. Broken door..handle.. ac not good.. doesn't cool much. Bes sheet not clean.

Bad hotel, bad atmosphere , bad behaviour, bad food also. No perticular restaurant have in this hotel. Services are very poor quality. Don't book in this hotel

I just want them to give 0 star but there is no option so I giving 1 star for this hotel,worst room service ever hosted by them,non sense people doing job there,.they have nothing except wifi and a.c.I called oyo customer support 2 times,but they didn't help me,me and wife faced too much trouble here,Don't recommend this type of hotel to us,Are you joking with online booking dependent people,waste of money.baakwaas hotel.
