Hotel SunCity Puri

My experience with them is great. The location is good.. near the marine drive beach only 4min walking distance.. sargwadwar also nearby.. The food is also very good . The staffs are helpful and well behaved. Very much hygienic place. 100% recommended. Only one problem we faced there is no mobile network and wifi also not that much strong… else our experience is awesome 😊👍🏻

The rooms were somewhat clean, the AC was not working well, and one cupboard door was broken. So all over rooms 3/5. The behaviour of the staff is very good. Service attended very quickly after complaining, all over staff were helpful. so service is 4.5/5. Finally the location is about 400 metres from the sea side and 800 metres from Swargadwar Beach. So, if you want to buy something from the market, you have to walk a bit. Although the hotel food is good, there is no need to go to the market for the food.

The hotel experience was disappointing this time. The rooms are suffering from water leakage issues due to ongoing construction on the third floor. As a returning guest, I found the quality of both the rooms and the food to be significantly worse than during my previous stay.

I have stayed at this hotel from 21st to 23rd July 2024. I have a very good experience at this hotel. Behaviour of all staffs are very good. The hotel is located just 500 mtrs from sea beach. Food quality in this hotel is also very good and reasonable. Overall a very good experience.

Have visited with my parents..alloted 2 nd floor room .lift not worked for all 4 Days.. Don't visit with your parents.senior person's. Staff behaviour not good. Have faced so much difficulty to go upstairs.Requested hotel staff .no solution received..

We had a great experience with Suncity puri during our stay recently, the hotel is located close to sea beach with a walkin Distance of 7-8 mins max, staffs with extremely polite behaviour, prompting room service, tasty yet very much affordable food items, special mention to the kitchen staffs who served food to my 23 months old maintaining all my requirements.very good experience overall, highly recommended.

It was a nightmare while staying. From the beginning I faced such different situations which completely turned all of our mood off. The owner will not bother to respond your queries at all once you will be done with your booking or payment. The receptionist was rude and drunk while checkin in the morning. AC was not working at all. It was a complete blunder for my vacation this time regards to stay. Apart from this what I liked " few staffs were very good and polite to help you including one receptionist." So it's your luck to get the service from the right people. Ha ha 🤞.... Breakfast was very good 👍 . Others were ok to have . I preferred to have lunch and dinner from outside. Suggestion : please don't book online without visiting the property , it may turn off your vacation completely. Visit the property first and if you like then only book the property to stay . "Otherwise all looks alike may not be gold"
