Hotel sea shine

Rooms are too short and not so clean. Manager's behaviour is rude. But the location from sea beach, is good.

Drinking water not available. There have 2 nos Purifier, but all are bad. When I tell receptionist he answered me purchase from outside of hotel. The price of water 20 litre Rs. 100.00.

From 24th to 29th March we booked 5 rooms in this hotel 4 months earlier..The manager said rate will be 1000 +20 service tax per room...We sent him 5000 rs and asked him to send us the Challan ...He said plz come we have booked your rooms..Now after checking in..After 2 -3 days he suddenly says rate is 1300 rs + tax..We constantly told no you have said 1020 but he denied constantly..The owner then Settled it and took 1200 rs /room.. So plz beware of the manager and when you are dealing the rooms pls record the call during booking...Don't be fool like us..Rooms and services are ok ok..The sweeper masi was very good
