HOTEL NEELACHAL PURI

I stay there in July 2024 One of the worst hotel in puri. There behavior was very bad . They used fake photos in google , there room are very dirty . Very bad service . I recommend you not to go. There are much more better hotel than this . Thank you . Hope you understand my point .

I stayed in this hotel in June, 2023. One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Dark rooms , not properly clean, extremely dirty corridors. You will get noise pollution from 4 am in the morning. But the location is very accessible if anyone wants to stay in a noisy market area.

The worst hotel one can stay in....Extremely unclean rooms with no proper services....the website pictures do not match with the hotel rooms.....the quality of the food is not up to the mark....I would recommend not to stay in this hotel....it is a scam

Rooms are good but the food from their in-house restaurant is not upto the mark. I had asked for boiled potato and rice for my 2 years baby, they simply denied it. Behaviour of the staff from the restaurant is too rude. I hope one can imagine that if someone denies to prepare simply boiled potato for a baby, what mentality they can have. Will recommend not to stay there with family. It's not at all Kid-friendly.

This is Fraud hotel in puri. Fraud everyone. They have different website for room booking. Once you paid you will be lost money.

Big Fraud.....do not pay any money to these numbers shows in website....they are Fraud, hacker. Be careful, do not book online or any UPI transfer. If there would have option to give zero Star ....I would have Happy then.

My recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Initially quoted a certain amount during booking, the actual payment demanded more, leading to an unpleasant surprise. The service fell below expectations, with essential amenities lacking—no geysers in the restrooms, and the AC was dysfunctional, adding to the discomfort. The behavior of the staff was another letdown, characterized by rudeness and unprofessionalism. Such experiences marred the overall impression, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. It's crucial for establishments to uphold transparency in pricing and ensure basic amenities for a positive guest experience. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts, resulting in a regrettable stay.

We stayed there in September 2022 for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff behaviour is also good. We booked a sea facing room on the 1st floor. The room service was good. The restaurant attached with was too good. The taste of Bengali food was good. Its a couple friendly hotel.
