The owner and the manager Rakesh, both are very very rude and unprofessional. They put hotel rules as no one can enter or go out of the hotel after 11 PM at night. Guests are paying the tariff for staying at a hotel not at the school hostel. The hotel has no restaurant or food service. Overall it was my worst stay at this place. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not recommended. I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was not good at all. At first the pros. The location is a massive plus as it is in the heart of swagadwar and the hotel staff is also courteous and helpful. Now comes the real deal. Room service is totally flawed. Their ACs just don't work. We repeatedly kept calling them regarding the AC but all they did was change the temperature while we clearly understood that it was a problem of the ODU. After repeated complaints finally they changed our room but the same problem persisted. That's when we realised that it was not a one off case but the norm of the hotel. Washrooms are also not properly clean, corridors look shabby and the lift is utterly claustrophobic. They don't even have their own restro. You'll get a far better experience in the same amount of money. Just for the location its not worth it to stay here.

If google has an option to give 0 star rating, i would have given that for this hotel and hotel manager/owner behaviour. Hotel is over priced, rooms are broken with shower doesnt work, tv doesnt work.

Excellent position. Just in front of Chaytannya Statue. Higher rate for location. From the rooftop 360° views impressed you. You can enjoy seashore from your obstruction free wide glass window at any wether. Amazing experience of early morning during high tide sea comes near to hotel it seems like hotel on the sea.

Most third class hotel within puro.. Their rooms are very tinny and untidy. And the behaviour of the manager of the hotel was so ride but the hotel location was good and behaviour of the two house keeping staffs are polite in nature.. our experience was horrible and totally waste of money.. please keep away from this type of hotel..

Worst hotel,.. Worst staff,. Worst manager.. Worst room cleaning... Worst bathroom... Ac too damaged...shabby corridors and staircase... If u sleep in this hotel bed u will full day itching ur back and body... Commode is unclean... Except location and view nothing is proper here. Never go to this hotel.

First of all, I want to give rating for this hotel as one star only. Below I am sharing my personal experience with hotel. I have booked this hotel through call on mentioned number in google. I got sea face room that was good and apart from that all service are worst. Before booking I told at hotel that I am travelling with 2 year child and wife and due to that I need early check-in so they told we can't give early check-in but what we can give for you once reached we can take your luggage and keep with us and provide you the washroom where you can get fresh. So I agreed on that and paid the payment. After that once I reached there hotel gate was not opened and when I have called booking number they said that its too early and gate will open at 6:30 and they have send me the rule and regulation screen shot with mentioned "Please follow rules". So I went to beach side and after 1 hour its was raining and we were stuck in rain with my two year child. Next Once I got room, I told please do clean as room was not cleaned properly and I went beach side and after 3 hour once I back still same condition. I had asked for water so they said, few hour back only I have given water. Is this service is good?

Visit the hotel in last month. The location was very good. But the worst hotel have ever stayed. Staff behavior was very rude. They don't maintain the minimum curtsey. No room maintenance. No service. Infact the AC was not working properly for 3 days. Requesting everyone to avoid the hotel.
