We stayed at the two King/Queen Rooms on the second floor which offer the best sea view. Food is very good. Staff service and behaviour very good. Front office staff looked a little bit grim and strictly business like, not befitting the hospitality industry, though we have no complaint so far as their service is concerned. But perhaps they could be more welcoming, smiling and customer- friendly. Overall experience Excellent.

I booked 15 rooms at Victoria club hotel to celebrate my son’s first birthday at Shree Jagannath dham accompanied by my extended family. The stay was from 26th Nov 2024 to 28th Nov 2024. The hotel staff left no stone unturned in taking care of our family. The rooms were excellent and well appointed. This hotel is far far better than almost all of the beach facing properties . The hotel staff was extremely courteous including Mr Surajit Banerjee (GM) , Biswajeet (Restaurant Manager), and helping staff like Shree lingraj. The transport vendor inside the hotel (Mishra travels) Mr Mishra and Soubhagaya were also took excellent care of our transport needs. But above all a big Thanks to Mr Debasis Kumar, the MD /owner was very humble, down to|Earth and extremely courteous. Our family was very happy with everything. Thank you so much

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Victoria Club Hotel, and it was nothing short of magical. We got the recommendation of this place from our friends. Location: It is a well-known beachfront hotel located along Marine Drive Road, the hotel offers uninterrupted views of the ocean. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. We stayed in a side sea-facing room. There was a built in balcony to stand and enjoy the view. Also the balcony side of the room was fully glass sliding with a cozy seating area that was perfect for sipping coffee while taking in the view. Dining: The in-house restaurant served a variety of cuisines. Almost every dish which we had tried was delicious. Also a thing I should definitely mention is that the price was very reasonable and we got a 10% discount on food value. Service: The staff was courteous, attentive, and did everything to ensure every guest felt welcome. Also the service was very quick. Ambience: pictures say the all. So whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or some solo time to unwind in puri, this place has it all. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious seaside experience. And definitely visit again.

Prime location. Grand view of the majestic Bay of Bengal from hotel room through the l-a-r-g-e glass window. Stayed in Heritage room No 207 (1st floor). Courteous staff. Good food. Well kept lawn to relax and soak in the ambience while classical music flows softly from the well placed speakers all around. The only thing that pushed the enjoyment score southward was the array of cables running in a frenzy along the poles right in front of the glass window - visual pollution in its truest form. The local municipality should be more diligent when laying such cables, especially since the area is a prime tourist spot. |Also, a good coffee shop should exist within its premises, keeping in mind the growing cappuccino culture.

Very good hospitality as always!|Wonderful food & service we received every moment. We traveled with 5 senior citizens ( one of whom is wheelchair bound) and 2 children. We had received great cooperation.|Only complaint I have is earlier they used to provide a hair conditioner. Now I see it's missing. Another is availability of complementary snacks every day, now it is only once when you arrive for front see facing rooms (I stayed in 507-509, 510 last week of November'24).

Hotel is good. Rooms are quite well maintained . Location is also extremely good. However the behaviour of the receptionists of VICTORIA CLUB HOTEL are extremely rude and very BAD. Their behaviour is such that they are doing a favour by offering rooms to customers and it’s the only hotel in Puri which offers hotel service. The attitude of the receptionist should be immediately rectified and be polite with decency to maintain the reputation of the Hotel.

Hotel rooms are clean but there is scope for improvement as the blanket and the tapestry was unclean and torn in some places. Also the bathroom had a stink. The bathroom door creaked everytime you opened or closed it. The AC is central hence you cannot control it based on your requirement. Food it tasty and quantity is reasonable. Location is an advantage as the property is right opposite the beach.Housekeeping staff is cooperative and welcoming. Overall can be considered for a short stay in Puri.

Excellent Hotel located very near to puri railway station, value for money great food, rooms & washroom are very well maintained. They have both of type of meals ala carte & buffet, morning breakfast is very good with 10-12 varieties which is served piping hot. Will definitely recommend this Hotel & give it 5 stars 🤩
