The resort is clean with polite staffs and valley view rooms.|The restaurant's food is budgeted and the buffet breakfast needs improvement in quality, variety and freshness.|The location is a major plus, just a 2-minute walk to Mall Road.|The staff is courteous and helpful.|If you want to stay at the hotel with your family and spend time there, it offers plenty of space especially on the terrace. We family visit here in mussoorie once a year, at least for special events when we do have holidays. We visited at your resort Fortune on 25th-31st December Last year. The staffs are always friendly. I have never had a bad experience, and the best part is its prime location. So, you can walk to everything and tourists landmarks. We family are cared so wonderful and would like to thanks your staffs William, Nisha, Mandeep and Manisha for your assistance and hospitality. We haven't recognised, but all of them were so helpful throughout our family stay here. And our night went great along with for wonderful decoration of my uncle and aunty room for their anniversary. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay at Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie. The location of the property was good and it was easily approachable. The property was well maintained. The room was clan and the valley view from the room was terrific. The food was delicious. The staff was cooperative and helpful, especially room service staff and the staff at front desk - Nisha and William. it was a mesmerizing experience.

It was a lovely hotel and breakfast. The hotel made it special for us. They also gave us a beautiful room. Sunny helped us at the breakfast buffet daily and took good care of us. The in-room dining and the restaurant were great, too. I can't wait to come back again.

This was one of the finest stay we had for our family. Staff is too cooperative to make your stay comfortable. ||Prabhat help me to plan for this overall booking, kudos to him for planning surprise dinner for my family , providing us guidance to travel with in city. ||This very experience helps us to feel at home.

The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment at your down adventure areas. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Mussoorie. Mr William-He briefed us about few places but those were so disappointed we decided to go back and chill at your resort. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us to the main market and we had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.

A Himalayan Haven: Cozy Comfort and Breathtaking Views||From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in the warm hospitality that this hotel so effortlessly provides. My room was a haven of coziness, but the true highlight was the front balcony. Stepping out, I was greeted with a serene panorama of the majestic Himalayan mountain ranges and the tranquil valleys nestled between them. It was a view that truly soothed the soul.
