Pride Ashiyana Resort Mussoorie

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Mussoorie! As I was a solo traveler, the warm and welcoming staff quickly made me feel at home. They provided exceptional care throughout my stay, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. The property's location is perfect, just a short walk from Library Chowk, making it easy to explore the town. Although my room didn't have a great view, the property's open terrace space offered a lovely view of the surrounding hills. The team deserves special mention for accommodating my early check-out request on the 7th. Instead of a packed breakfast, they surprised me with a full buffet platter and a steaming cup of tea - I was so full that I didn't need to pack anything! Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Mussoorie. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay truly special!

I recently stayed here, and my experience was average. When you travel to a hilly place obviously view from room should be breathtaking, which i found here is average. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. Another inconvenience was the location on Mall Road, where commercial taxi vehicles are not allowed. This means you have to walk 200 meters to reach the hotel from your vehicle. I would still recommend it due to food, service, and friendly behavior of hotel staff.

“I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist promised to upgrade my room to a balcony view. However, the next morning, I was told I had to pay extra for it. The reception staff were unprofessional, the service was very poor, and the location is not good. On top of that, the food was awful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Be cautious when choosing where to stay!”

This hotel is located near library chowk. Just about 250 meters from library chowk and 100 meters from the Mall Road. Rooms are good but the bathroom is very small. Outside view is just average. Balcony is also small. All the staff members are nice and polite. Breakfast is delicious and restaurant staff is super courteous.

Our stay was very good and comfortable. Staff was very humble and very polite. Food was good. Location of the hotel was very good and close to the Mall Road. Amble parking space is there. Will be surely come back soon for a long stay at Pride aashiyana Resort Mussoorie

Location is very suitable being dot on the Mall Road. Rooms are small and no extra activities like gym/pool/ play area available . This is entirely compensated by awesome service of restaurant and very attentive and courteous staff like Ms Manisha and Mr. Satish. The food in breakfast buffet is good and tasty. We were travelling with parents and they provided drop service to our taxi stand due to steep hike… Thanks to entire team of Pride Aashiyana

upon being dropped off at cut off point with the taxi we had to walk 2km with bags to the hotel,we arrived at Ashiana 2hours later and front desk staff took us to show us the rooms, it was the most disgusting rooms i have ever set foot in,smelly toilets,stuffy rooms,very small shower,no cubicle. Hygiene is questionable. We immediately cancelled and rebooked at another hotel. Dont me misled by pictures as they do not reflect the truth.
