Wonderful welcome by a traditional greeting "NAMASTE" of your Staffs at lobby Mr. Dilavar, Kapil and Mr. William and you Security Incharge Mr. Baldev at lobby. Thanks for asking and helping gor our vehicle to be wiped and parked, impressed by the gestures. And we had and amazing vacation and stay at your property. Everyone we faced or got services by was amazing. We are so glad and appreciated by having a wonderful monents in these couple of days we had here. And Mussorrie environment was so blissful warmth and chilled. Would love to re-visit musssoorie again when my kids will have vacations. Thank you all.

We had a great family vacation at Mussoorie. Everything was good and beyond our expectations. Food was delicious and specially their signature dish fortune daal tadka a must try dish. Stay was quite good although we booked deluxe room for our stay then lately find this is no view then we requested at front desk for giving us view room they upgraded us to view room that is having amazing doon valley view. Specially mentioned Williams who gave a proper hotel information, Nisha for upgraded the room and rishabh for helping in luggage.

The rooms were comfortable for the price paid. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a good spread. Spa services were good too. Stayed here for 5 days. Any concerns were promptly addressed. Hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the mall road. Overall had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Location of this resort is attached with the Mall Road, Room was OK, Room with mountain view with balcony, staff of room service simply great, as attending the call & the service you asked for, resort restaurant is nice, staff attending the visitors was very helpful, Thanks to Mr. William and Mr. Sandeep for suggestions and co-ordination, and Mr.Pawan for decorating our room so wonderful, prices are on the average side if you consider other hotels with excellent ratings on the Mussoorie, so far as food is concerned, they need some attention with the quality, as it was as similar as such with the street restaurants we explored and experienced near the main market Mall Road. Overall, we enjoyed our cool stay, my best wishes to all the staff & management, at reception, Mr. Kushal, was very helpful from checked-in to till our checked out, thanks. (Please don't take any bad feeling for the comments on food-related matters). We would like to suggest the travelers this resort when it comes to Mussoorie. Thank you all.

Recently stayed here.. Value for money is not at all there.. Poor service.. No activity for guests.. Everything is paid.. Terrace has monkeys.. What they commit won't deliver neither bother.. Parking is a hassle.. Worst ITC visited..

We stayed for 2nights. Good and clean rooms with great view. However, it's expensive for what they offer. Breakfast has a lot of options but none upto the mark. I'd say it's below average on food. Great and convenient location. Very close to the Library Chowk.

So cool place, ambience is fantastic, food was very good but service was laid back they took 30-40+ mins everytime for simple meals/snacks, staff was very courteous and helping. The location is awesome, just on the entry point and with a big parking.. the different vally views are nice. It has a big kid and recreation area. Rooms are not big though with small bathroom but considering hills that looks ok. Breakfast options could improve, not up to mark as served by other 4-5 star chains. Overall fantastic experience 👍

I had a very bad experience during my stay. The room quality was not worth the price at all. None of the switchboards in the room were functioning, which was highly inconvenient. The TV was extremely outdated, and there were no fresh arrangements in the room to make the stay comfortable. The overall service was also poor, adding to the dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this property to others unless these.
