The Palm Aryan Mussoorie _ A Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was perfect. They catered to every little detail without any chaos. I would like to specially mention the shuttle service to drop us to the main road from the hotel reception and vice versa. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The view was a cherry on the cake. The food was amazing. As two female travellers we felt safe and at home. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Palm Aryan hotel at Picture Palace, and it was a delightful experience. The stunning mountain views from the gallery were breathtaking, and the prime location made exploring the area easy. The food was delicious, and the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to Mall Road was a great convenience. Special thanks to Sachin for his friendly driving service and Manager Manish for his exceptional hospitality. This hotel is a gem, offering a perfect blend of scenic beauty, tasty dining, and outstanding service!

Location is amazing , its just 100 mts from mall road . Although property is down the hill but they provide pick and drop service till 10 pm . Room was little damp can be due to the rainy weather i guess . But service was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend for budget stays

**Terrible Experience - Unsafe Parking and Unhygienic Rooms** I recently stayed at the Palm Aryan in Mussoorie, and I have to say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The parking situation was extremely dangerous—located far down a steep hill, making it unsafe for any driver to navigate. It felt more like a hazard than a convenience. As for the room, I was placed on floor zero, which was basically a basement. There were no windows, no sunlight, and in the already humid weather, the floor was constantly moist. The room felt damp and unwelcoming, like staying inside a matchbox. The lack of ventilation made it even worse. To make matters worse, the rooms were clearly not well-maintained. The entire stay felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value safety and cleanliness. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience in this property. The Service, The Staff & their efficiency is more than anything….. It’s an amazing property having clean & spacious rooms with parking. Had a Fantastic stay here! Mr. Sanjeev at the reception is such a polite & sweet person. 5 stars for everything….😇

I recently stayed at Palm Aryan and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, but the best part was the stunning mountain view from the window. Waking up to such a serene scene was amazing. The bed was super comfortable, and the modern amenities were a nice touch. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the private balcony, taking in the peaceful mountain scenery. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby hiking trails. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with incredible views. Overall, Palm Aryan is a perfect retreat for anyone seeking comfort and natural beauty. Highly recommend!

Loved the room and view which comes out straight from the balcony. Staff was very supportive. Service was very Good. Food taste was also good. This hotel is located down approx 200mtr from the main road and hotel staff has offered driver to bring down the car. They have also offered the scooty on rental basis.

Excellent family friendly budget hotel very close to Mall Road. The food is very delicious and subtle as well. Staff are well trained and professional, particularly having a good service from Manish and team. Recommended stay for all the travellers to Mussoorie for a pleasant valley view stay.
