Island Lake Resort Alleppy

Really nice place to stay in Alleppey. Amazing atmosphere in the morning good rooms, friendly staff, this hotel is located in middle of the river we can't go in bike or car we want cross the river by boat,free boat will provided by hotel at anytime we want. We park our vehicle in pay parking area and we want to call the hotel guy and then he will bring the boat to pick us. The only reason I'm giving 4 star to this hotel is there no restaurant in this hotel if we want something eat we must cross the river.

It is a very beautiful resort in the middle of the Kerala Backwaters with a beautiful view of the Great Backwaters of Kerala.. You can spend the whole day sitting on the benches there and enjoying the amazing view from there. You can see sun setting and rising from there itself. It is not accessible by road, and has to be reached by speedboat which is provided by the resort only.

Best place in terms of location and services compare to the prices. Mr. John who is a good Caretaker and very supportive. Small speed boat ride to visit the place as it is an island. Have their own Shikara and boat house option. Would suggest for group, family and most importantly for couples.

Awesome location, loved the speed boat journey to the resort. Serene ambience, sight of backwaters in the early morning is soothing Rooms are not very luxurious, still decent enough Quality of service could have been improved

Very poor maintenance. No lunch or dinner offered. You need to catch a boat and then auto to travel long distance for everythin. Not even tea is offered. AC is faulty. Game facilities are all broken. Very bad hotel. Don't choose this hotel at all... good Google reviews by others are fake

A very good option for stay at Alleppy. Its located on Island(we should use motor boat).If you won't prefer house boat which is generally costly this is a very good option.Even though the restaurant & sports facilities are not so good they provide boat services at any time.

Rooms are good and spacious..no restaurant in hotel .I will not refer to family specially family with small kid.no wifi connection.... breakfast is very phathetic you will only get small dosa and sambar. There are no options for food, asbsThis a kind for accommodation only. Rest no other services will be provided. And it's located inside the water, so for anything you have to come out of the water. This hotel should not be on the list of Go ibibo.

This is important place to visit in Kerala you have spend 1 day here they charged for boat and food enjoy the trip ...
