Ramada Alleppey Resort – Kerala

Extremely poor staff behavior. We were initially allocated a suite room for three days, but surprisingly, we were asked to vacate the room at the end of the second day. The staff then informed us that they could only provide a different category room for the third day. What's more disappointing is that they seem to treat Club Mahindra guests with disdain, forgetting that we are paying customers. Our experiences at other Club Mahindra properties have been far superior.

Excellent location with beautiful views of Punnamada Lake, close to major attractions like Alleppey Beach and the backwaters. Staff members are polite and helpful. Rooms and facilities are not well-maintained, with outdated furniture and poor cleanliness in some areas. The pool and gym need better upkeep, and Wi-Fi connectivity is often unstable. The hotel does not offer good value due to its maintenance issues and the discrepancy between advertised standards and the actual experience.

As a Club Mahindra member while the staff service was exceptional, the room fell short of my expectations. Despite being promised a lake view, the room had no balcony and the view was only visible through a small glass panel - something I could easily replicate at home by framing a picture! The room felt cramped and lacked the luxurious amenities and spaciousness that Club Mahindra members are accustomed to. The staff was friendly and attentive, and also other services are also very nice ….we have book cab through hotel itself. Our driver Mr. Subeesh …very intelligent and he knows everything about that place …..but the room itself was a letdown. Hopefully, the hotel will consider upgrading their rooms to match the high standards of service they provide."

Great experience to stay right in the middle and centre of backwaters view point area.. smooth check in service and a great house keeping. Tried the breakfast buffet for ₹500. Most of the items were tasty and really delicious. Loved the welcoming courtesy by staff Suhais, Nandakumar and Minnu....
