The room smelled so bad and the water provided to the bath was brown.....staff and owner of the hotel was so rude and not responsible towards customers...we asked atleast provide clean water to bath if required we will give extra money even though they didn't provide and told do whatever you can buy we don't provide they said.

Very bad service they are giving small peice of cloth in the name of towel no proper rooms very little space there are cockroaches and spider webs every were

The hotel is at excellent location near alapuzha boat jetty, and it helps in saving time and hassle of finding a parking spot when going for boating. The rooms vere okay and clean but the ac and shower in the bathroom were not working properly. The ac was set at a fixed temp and we could not change it. The shower was not working at all. The guy at the counter was really friendly and helpful.

The hotel has an understated elegance without being stuffy. The staff is genuine and professional, attending to the visitor's every need.Excellent accommodations, utmost service, most convenient location. Rooms and bath were expansive and well appointed, perfectly climate controlled and clean, with very luxurious linens. The front desk staff were truly excellent. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciate them for making my stay a very pleasant one.

My four day stay at Venezia was just awesome....Suresh, the guy at reception makes your stay pleasant with his charming smile and running all errands happily. ||Wifi speed very good.||Serene setting. hardly 2-5 minute away from main market.||Room size is sufficiently decent. Well maintained and clean property. Mosquitos were bit of problem but i think that's something complementary with nature :)

Our stay was okayish. The room was slightly congested with an additional bed. Ours was an A/c room with an additional bed they had charged RS 1750/ and for a Non-A/c one it was Rs 1250/- which I feel is slightly on the higher side .One can imagine how much rates can go up when the tourist inflow goes up .There is no room service but they will refill your water bottles with the water purifier and mosquitoes did disturb us during our sleep(our room was on the first floor). But one of my friend who had his room at the ground floor didn't complain about the mosquitoes.

After a hotel we had booked fell through, we ended up at Venezia. |The rooms were large & clean, our room overlooked the canal, great to watch the goings on along the street from our balcony. |The best thing about this hotel was the managers extremely helpful personality, he went above & beyond expectations. |Very centrally located for boat cruising the backwaters.

Loved the experience, friendliness and the supportive staff. Made my Alleppey trip even more wonderful. ||||So after 13 years of moving out of Alleppey, It was a happy feeling to be back. Found this resort close to backwaters, infact just opposite (my balcony view was the backwater with boats sailing every now and then) and also close to the everything from market to temples to even the beach. Though everything in Alleppey falls quite closely, but this was perfect.||||The staff got us tea and awesome breakfast on request and arranged everything we asked for - from boat, car, or anything which you might need to make your stay comfortable. Mr. Suresh at the reception was really humble and helpful. ||||Finally a place which I can book again without thinking twice!
