I had a pleasant stay at the Mildtrium Resort in Alleppey. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a good stay. I had a very good experience staying here... The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff behaviour was very pleasing and polite. Especially, the manager Mr. Arun. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to the people who visit Alleppey. The hotel is near to the city center which makes the travel also convenient

I will give 5 ratings as the service and the behaviour of the staffs are one of the best I have experienced. Rooms are not much spacious and not to the top notch. But with the top class service they balance all these. Road to the resort is bit narrow. Parking space available for 6-7 cars inside the premises. Food not available here.

On my way to Alappuzha with my family, I was searching online for a hotel to spend a night as we had to board a train in the morning and this hotel came through. I contacted on the given mobile number to confirm availability of rooms. The man who attended the phone was very nice and informed me about available rooms and rates. Once we reached the hotel (at around 9:30 pm), we were offered two double bed rooms. One room was facing the lake and the other on the opposite side. Both rooms were well kept and the bathrooms were also were nice and clean. In the morning, the front office staff (Mr. Basil, who was new at this place - in his own words ) offered to walk us around and showed us the nearby areas and offered to take our photographs also. His behaviour was particularly very good and made us feel at home. All in all a very good experience. Each one of us enjoyed the short stay.

It's a decent place with good view from the property. Book the place Direct with the contact number than any other travel websites. They are very friendly and supportive with any thing you ask. They also have houseboats and kayaking arrangements if you wish to take. Over all a very nice place to stay and explore around. One thing. The road reaching the property is very narrow so big cars won't pass by so kindly keep a note for the same.
