Ragam Resort

This is the most pathetic place one can ever go to. I am not sure how Booking.com & other agencies are promoting & listing this property. The staff was rude and were least interested in paying service to customers. They somehow took the room rent however when I checked the status in Booking.com it reflected that I didnt turn up for stay. This simply means the caretaker has minted this money which he took from me. I hope the owner of the property see this review. Few more points on property:- 1. Room were damm dirty, with no sweeping done by any cleaning staff. 2. Spiderwebs all around the room. 3. Bathrooms was too small with bad stink. It was difficult to get into the bathroom. 4. Bucket was damaged and seemed not cleaned since months 5. Bedsheet was torn, not clean, not washed and with lot of hair all around. 6. Fans were not functional Overall it was a horrible experience. Just stayed there, as I was with my family amd reached late evening, else wud had changed the hotel. This place doesnt even deserve the rating of 1 star. Raising a formal complaint also with Booking.com as legal action

I had a frustrating experience with Ragam Resorts even before my stay had begun. Two days prior to my check-in, I reached out to the resort with some questions and concerns. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional—they were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed annoyed by my inquiries. Their lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist left a very poor impression. If this is how they handle potential guests, I can only imagine the service during an actual stay. Based on my pre-check-in experience, I would not recommend Ragam Resorts.

Very very worst service... Very disappointing.. bath rooms are untidy. Bedsheets and blankets are not washed properly. The images shown in the website is just to appeal us but the reality is just opposite. Customer service was the worst to core ( Anil - staff , cheap behaviour) . It's a kind request please don't go to this resort. If you do , it will surely disappoint you. It's not worth for the cost .

Horrible condition of the rooms. The washrooms stink. No towel or even soap is provided. Autos will take you here telling you you can get fresh in the morning after getting down from the bus and the hotel charges 800 rs for just a few hours in the morning. You will feel disgusted upon entering the rooms.
