Hotel Riya Palace - Idgah Railway Station Agra

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riya Palace in Agra! The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's market rates are very competitive, making it a great value for money. Overall Nice Stay!!

Genuine review!! 1. Rooms are more smelly like old paint shrinkage smells. 2. No air ventilation no window 3. Not recommended for family kind stay away dear families if you looking for because you get worst hotel experience like I got. 4. Construction is very worst room paint is chipping all the way.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Staying here was the biggest mistake I did. Rooms were not clean, bathrooms were like public bathrooms, AC was not working. They did not do any room service even after repeated requests. Moreover the lady talking over phone was rude. Worst service ever

This hotel is of low quality. The room's walls are cracked and unclean, the air conditioner is broken, and the staff is bad; they did not fix it even after we informed them of the problem. There is also a lack of soap, shampoo, towels, and other things. And the furniture is a little shoddy, improperly maintained, and room lacks ventilation. I won't suggest booking here.

Budget friendly Hotel ,easily approachable for travelers using public or personal transport .In a 5 km radius to historical monuments within the city.

1. No clean rooms 2. Bathrooms in bad conditions 3. Staff is so rude 4. AC is broken 5. No sense of coordination 6. They tell you that you will be given complimentary breakfast but provide only limited per person as no buffet system is available I would have given less than 1 star if there was such option available 🙏

Bad exp after first experience they will introduce a card for discount next time 10% om ur next stay then u go next they will say we have a discount on food n room is very dirty with ac not working also not a Good place under 1100 this is banquet hall so basically they are just sponsoring with as u can 1.5 k reviews 4 above how's that possible n also service is not upto the mark beware of fake reviews i have stayed twice not a family hotel

Rooms are in very bad condition ac not working staff was so rude owner is also so rude saying "lena ho to lo room vrna jao" room service is at all only good thing rooms are so uncomfortable,dirty,small very bad hotel not at all it is hotel
