Worst hotel to stay # very dirty rooms and all rooms are needed maintenance work #Toilets are like hell very dirty #TV is not working #All room lights are not working only 9 watt bulb working in holl room #No RO water given in room given only pkg water they are charged 20 rupees per bottle At check out the manager.. keep 5 % Service and service not given proper.... Special note if anyone read the message Dont go hotel recommended Auto driver all are commission based.... Every buddy is 420 ....

If i could i would give it in negative rating. ❌ Bathroom is dirty ❌ Overpriced ❌ Force to buy food from their own restaurant and that is overpriced as well ❌ Bedsheets are not cleaned ❌ Receptionist's behaviour is worst ❌No hot water ( even tho they promised to provide hot water while booking) ❌Force to rent car from them again which is overpriced ❌They run a auto/taxi - hotel nexus.

Rooms are not that good for the price range. The location is also good, walking distance from Idgah Bus Stand & 1.2 km. from Agra Cantt. Railway Station. They don't have any water purifiers. They have their own kitchen, so you can't take outside food to your room. Also charges for water.

RED Flag(this hotel will recommend by auto driver) It's below 1star because room and toilet have no ventilation and also very pungent smell so difficult to stay in room. Something wrong in bed, bedshit while sleeping at night something constantly sting so all night I had no slip toilet is so dirt we didn't use. Staff also very rude keep asking for tips if we give they ask for more money. They force to have their auto and services. Also food is very bad please go outside for dinner, lunch don't consume food there. Also while check out they added service charge even we gave tip. Although there is no good service.

Let's start: First of all, in Agra, avoid falling for the rikshawala's con. He recommended this hotel and once we made reservations there, he sort of forced us into going on the trip with him only and also charging more money. Now to the Hotel: 1. They charged us 2.5k for a room with 4 beds, which we thought was reasonable but later realized why it was that way. 2. The room was so filthy, that your feet can literally stick to the floor sometimes. 3. There was no ventilation in the room and washroom. 4. After some time, the restroom's foul smell spread over the entire space. We couldn't even stand in the restroom because of the awful smell but they took room charges at start only, so we had to stay. 5. After serving breakfast only, the waiter started asking about the tip. The taste of breakfast was bad. 6. The food that was served for dinner was equally appalling. It was tasteless and too oily. Using the excess oil from our dinner, we could have made another dinner. 7. Again, the waiter who gave us dinner started asking for a tip, and he was demanding at least 100 rupees. 8. They did not change bedsheets and blankets. There were so many stains on those. Even one of my friend's back got an infection. 9. During checkout, the manager charged us a hidden service charge which they didn't inform us before, and wrote a bill on a notebook's page. Rikshawala and the hotel staff were completely deceiving. Please do not stay at this hotel and please read online reviews before booking any hotel. This is the mistake we made.

This is the worst hotel ever filty and dirty rooms dirty bathrooms there was a literal blinking light and no switch no charging points bad food. Overpriced rooms cost 1100 for 1 room bad location everything bad

I was taken to this hotel by taxi driver because the hotel we booked canceled us suddenly! This hotel should rename itself to "Hotel A**Hole", because guys at the reception is exactly that. They given price of 1450 INR, Because we came from Bangladesh they charged us extra 300 INR. Receptionist sarcastically said they would've charge me 2100 INR if they knew I was from Bangladesh when they given me price. I was traveling with my elderly parents they were too tired to go look for another hotel so we stayed. We were 3 person when we checked in. Later at the evening when I asked for the third pillow receptionist said they will charge me 50 INR extra for the pillow. It is not the money but how they talk with you is absolutely disrespectful! I have visited many countries this is one of the worst experience I had with hotels. Hotels are suppose to provide water bottle as complimentary and they provided a water bottle when we checked in without us asking. Later next day when I checked out they charged me 25 rs for that water. Never stay at this hotel! If you are a foreigner definitely avoid this hotel!

Not much good hotel. First of all they charged me 1550 rs . And room were very bad in condition. There are lots of lipstic stain are there. Blankets and bedsheets had also lots of stains. Tv was not in working condition.and main thing is that there is no lock 🔒 on gate from inside. There is nothing in term of privacy. Ac was fixed at a temperature. You cant settle temperature of ac .some of floor lights are not in working condition. Toilet seat is not in good condition. After complete potty you have to use water mug there is no water pipe or washer. Area is also very backward .Disappointed a lot
