Not good service and rooms, it should be better. And A.C. rooms are lie. 10yrs old bad condition A.C. and lights of the room.. they turn on and of the mirror have cracks and scratches. I stayed in room no. 101

Completely horrible experience. Water runs out in no time. Ac doesn't cool completely.the gate doesn't lock completely while going out.pls don't come here

Please Think millions times to book this hotel and finally dont book. Its worst hotel and experience i faced. They charged gst but dont give bill. Rooms are dirty, walls flaking, over charged food. Never ever recommended. Avoid or get looted.

The hotel was average. If you just want to stay for a few hours, maybe because your train is late, then only it is okay, otherwise it's not good. The light of the rooms were very dim and the bathroom was the most conjusted bathroom I have ever seen. The servicing was good. But according to my mother, the walls and table and bedsheets were not so clean.

Today it mens 08 Jan 2020 I Stay in Hotel at Morning 05:30AM, We have requiere two room for family. But after checking I am very shock to show in room facility, There are worst condition so many things such as electric Bord, Tv but not cable, waah room is very dirty, foot rest, even hole in Blanket as well as dirty smele, Hot water facility not so good. When I complain for these issue on recepten but they are not proper response , I ask them for review book but they Deny. I Understand that they are well know and habitual such type of complain and have not improve in service. They are care less and does't matter to racing by tourist. Finally I chek out this Hotel at today night at 9:00 PM. This is realy very wrost Hotel.

The reviews on this site are more than accurate. This hotel is most likely one of the worst hotels I have stayed In. Not just in india but all the other countries ive travelled to as well. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were awful and very dirty. Disgusting unwashed sheets with unknown hairs as well as Cockroaches. the first room had a bidet hose for a shower, a massive uncovered hole in the bathroom (perfect size for rats), and crusty blankets that probably haven't been washed in years, if ever. Plus the door didn't lock from the outside. Every morning around 7 am they run down the halls ringing every door bell letting people know that the hot water has been turned on. When I told them they keep waking me up, the man rudely ignored me and walked away.||When we first arrived we had to ask for a mattress for the floor because we had reserved a room for 3 people and they only provided 1 bed. When the mattress was brought the staff member stood In the door way and kept asking for a tip. All he did was bring us the mattress that should have been there in the first place. ||The next morning we wanted to switch rooms because the door doesn't lock and the shower is basically non existent. After lots of confusion among the staff and being quoted a different price than we were quoted the night before, we finally got a second room. After switching all our luggage to the other room I had a look behind the curtains. And there it was, a gaping hole (bigger than the tv) where the window should have been, with no way to close it. Thankfully the cushion from the chair was the perfect size to cover the massive hole. Unfortunately we found another Cockroach, they were coming under the door. Upon asking for a towel or sheet to cover the space under the door, the man brought us a blood/vomit covered used towel. We brought it down to the desk to let them know about the disgusting towel they gave us, they told us they would bring another one. Upon bringing the other towel (this time without bloody vomit) the man started claiming that there were no Cockroaches. I repeatedly told him yes there was and I've stepped on 3 of them. He still denied it. And then once again, he awkwardly stood in the door way asking for a tip. Why would anybody expect a tip under circumstances like this? If anything we should have recieved a discount. ||Definitely a crap hole, would not recommend. Not even close to being worth the price. If you enjoy your sleeping time and don't appreciate being woken up early every morning by rude staff members, and if you appreciate clean rooms that are sealed from pigeons rats and Cockroaches + has clean sheets -DO NOT STAY HERE!!|(They asked me to write a review. There it is)

Worst place to stay no service from any body , fraud people asking 50rs for extra bed cover to change , rickshaw people all are together cheating people coming early morning 6am to ask for money ..soo rude behavior from desk guy WORST my of agra tour coming here waste place ...money minded cheap pigs ...NEVER GO THIS PLACE EVER ..

We went to Delhi for a training and me along with my friend managed one day to visit Agra. Stayed two night here. What can i say, they'll talk good till they get you booked, and then comes the real face. They'll push you to take their own kitchen meal giving false info, never make that mistake. ||||The bathroom is a total disaster. They didnt even give a soap. The shower was broken. The service is the worst.||||The most unfortunate event happened when we were checking out. Our train back Delhi was at 4:30 AM. We rented the AC room for 1000 rupi/night, it was the deal. But While checking out, they wanted to rip us off saying there is a 15% VAT (complete bluff) and we have to pay more. When we said that we'll give the VAT if you give us VAT receipt, they denied. They kept pushing us, but my friend got angry and said a deal is a deal and we wont pay a penny more. They didnt say anything then.||||Trust me my friend, you are better off at the streets than coming here.
