Hotel Avalon Taj Agra

We have an extremely bad experience and this hotel the rooms are really outdated most of the stuff is broken or not functioning right.even the tv is broken and you can't even use the phone to call service.on top no one speaks english. So good luck. To you if you stay here

The worest experience I meet with this hotel, not recommended any tourists to this hotel no proper maintenance ,taps not working properly , no proper door locks and not at all good to stay with family , not worthy at all at any cost there is no nagetive ranking available otherwise I will give only nagetive stars

Some rooms are good, some are not , outside food is not available in their premises, bit expensive, bathrooms are neat and clean.

The worst hotel I have ever seen.Service is very pathetic.Actually I give minus star.The manager behaviour is very bad.The hotel food is very bad and they are not allow outside food. I was not knowing about this so I brought food from out side.They told me to go away and after eat outside then come and checked my room so many times .so I threw the food of rs 1200/- and purchase food from them.i am with my wife and my two daughters (8 months& 5 year).I have no option to leave the hotel at night 10:30 pm.I suggest everyone pl not go to the hotel .The main person is manner less.he behave like our boss

Worst service. No manners to the working staff. Extorted more money than tariff fixed at the time of checked in.. Not recommended to others....

The worst place we were in, in addition we were carefully deceived, and although we didn't even sleep in this hotel all day, we were tricked the next day, the gentlemen tried to trick and cheat us from the beginning As for the room, the AC did not work, there was no water in the shower, ATTENTION THEY HAVE A LOT OF COCKROACHES.
