Very bad service...The rooms are very dirty and smell...They cut off AC at 11pm...they didn't return the balance amount....Agra and Taj Mahal are good but people are thieves

Very bad experience for me. 1) Non AC got in 900 2) Room is dirty and bathroom is not clean 3) there are lots of rats, cockroach and other insects. 4) Staff behaviour is not good. 5) Receptionist at night shift is worst people you ever meet because he only wants you to listen but listen from us. 6) while checking i have informed them to get me the auto at morning 5 and that was not happened because we had an argument for service tax which is illegal in India. 7) Forcefully they charged me 100₹ for service tax which they demanded 150₹ and they are not happy and for that they left me out with no auto and i have to get the auto from main road which is quite dangerous for new visitors. 8) I have paid 50₹ to other staff in good way so that he can get me the auto but that rascals seems not interested after taking tip. And this same happens with my friends as well. Please please avoid/ignore this hotel for your good self. Thanks, Md Zeeshan

Most unhygienic stay and rooms that too for 1000. The bathroom doors didn't shut properly, no hot water facility even when heaters are installed. No proper lighting as well. We were taken here by a Taxi Driver from Agra Station itself so avoid taking Taxi Driver's word for it as well

These people are scam artists. Pathetic rooms with dirty toilets and rats, no sense or privacy they keep shouting till 3 am so you won't be getting any sleep. Price charged is also very high and the staff will keep begging for some cash as they have provided you "service". Do not stay in this hotel. Spend a little time looking for other alternatives in the same area, inspect the rooms before paying and always be vigilant in Agra

Very horrible experience, don't try this hotel never ever , this place looks good from outside but it is horrible place from inside the windows are broken. 1st floor rooms are very scary the cracked walls , dirty bathroom filled with insects and dirty bed & bedsheets we didn't even use their bedsheet (razai) . and the worst is the staff is so irritating ( he keep try to take money from you in different way). And asks for money after his service.. overall i won't recommend this hotel..
