Overpriced, bad maintenance, NO WIFI, uncooperative front desk and definitely not a 3 star hotel as they claimed here. Not recommending anyone to stay here.

Basically the hotel is good. I booked this hotel by Aajkaal recreation club. But room no. 302 is not good. It is too hot and damaged.but the window view is sea facing, very beautiful.the room is best for winter season.

We had an extremely bad experience in this hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, always bad smell is coming from the bathrooms. No service is provided properly. The bed and the furniture are not maintained properly. One day we asked them to clean the bathrooms as a bad smell was coming, but nobody came or responded. So, please don't waste your money in this hotel. They have 0 maintenance of the property but they are charging too much with respect to the services they are providing. A big "NO" for this hotel.

Located opposite of sea beach one can see the building from the road. We stayed here under the ajkal recreation club the room under it recently renovated. A decent size room with a big size of balcony kitchen provided for the room which is under ajkal recreation club.

1) Very poor room service 2) not maintained. 3) very dirty room condition 4) They don’t change the bed cover daily 5) Staff behaviour is also very poor 6) No Geyser facility 7) Even they don’t provide any “All Out” oil for mosquito. 8) Bathroom condition is poor and dirty

Have stayed here thrice,once in the Holiday Home of Aajkal(all rooms in the 3rd floor that are rented by Aajkal)and twice in the ones owned by the hotel. The rooms are pretty big and have a huge balcony as well, have decent sized bathroom. The ones that are in the 3rd floor have a kitchen as well where one can prepare their own food Coming the difference between the ones in the 3rd floor and 2nd floor--the rooms 2nd floor ones are much much well maintained and the prices ranges from 1500-2000(on off season/ground/1st floor)be it the sofa cover,the bed sheets and even the paint of the room.Also the service provided by the hotel are better when you stay there(be it providing with the eateries and providing the housekeeping service on time) Since the third floor is Maintained by Aajkal(which is in loss nowadays)the rooms are not taken care of that well.also the room rent are 700-800and one cannot expect very clean apt services in a tourist place like Puri that too which is very near to the sea beach(have side sea facing rooms)

Very average hotel. You need to arrange for good drinking water from the local vendors. They need to install water treatment plant and good water filter for drinking water.
