Rooms are well maintained. Service and staff behaviour is good. Location from sea beach to hotel max to max 5 mins walking distance.

I have been a customer of this hotel, the hotel is good in looks from outside but there is a proverb all that glitters is not good and that is what happened with this hotel. Early morning 6 AM is not the time to go with room service , the manager is extremely concerned with the customers leaving the hotel as he himself goes to door to door to knock them up for their check out. The hospitality and ethics of this hotel is completely poor.

One of the 3rd class hotels I have ever seen. Room service will disturb you in the early morning. Caretaker behaviour towards customers is not good. TV not working. Rooms are not as per picture. I came to Puri 30 times but never saw such behaviour or room service. If you review anything about their behavior or customer service they will blame you that that's your fault.

Very bad experience every day maid is ringing bell for cleaning at 6.30 am... Hotel staff is calling on cell phone bcz it's 11pm . And talking harshly don't have any proper room service, no parking space, no hot water for 1400 per day... No drinking water service. I have been told to help myself to get water from 3rd flore.disturbing at 6.30 in mthr morning for check-out... Over all third classs hotel. And service... Very disappointed..
