The quality of the room and the service is so good that it made our tour enjoyable. The staff is very co-operative, which has done the work in the moment it was asked. The best thing is that the hotel is cleaned twice daily. Both the hotel receptionist and the restaurant manager are very polite. All our sightseeing arrangements are made by them with reliable drivers. The communication from the hotel to various places is very good. In short reliable place, budget friendly and ideal place to stay with family.

It was a good experience to stayed over here, Market, medical store, auto/toto stand all are nearby, beach is also within 5 mints walking distance. Rooms are good, in house restaurant also good, apart from the daily room cleaning issue all other aspects of this hotel is good, hope they will work on this area which would be beneficial for the guest.

I stayed here 2days. Location is near to Kakatuwa restaurant and sea beach distance is 5 to 7 minutes( approx ) rooms are wel maintain. Lift is available They provides foods with restaurant facilities in ground floor. Overall good.

Very bad experience. First of all they didn't clean the bathroom before handing it over to us. After making a request they said the sweeper was not available. Terrible service. The water logged inside the bathroom. The exhausted fan was escaping from wet smoke. The ac was not working in some other room. The room was flooded with ac water!!. The next day the bathroom cleaning service was also not done. After asking several times they served the water bottle. Mismanagement. When we asked for food, they replied rudely, making us wait for 15 minutes. Congested room, very suffocating. Don't go there. Just don't. Hotel suncity is better than this .

As much as I have heard about this hotel before booking, I received as much from the hotel after arriving. Service, treatment with guests, food quality and quantity are all worth seeing. A few changes are needed. I would have given it four and a half out of five but their hospitality impressed me so much that I gave five out of five.

I stayed there for three days with my family. It was a family tour to Odisha. I booked this hotel over phone and did advance online. Rooms were ok but entrance not wheelchair accessible as I am a wheelchair user. Elevator was there but that is too small that I face difficulties with my power wheelchair. Requesting to concern please take necessary steps to make the hotel wheelchair accessible as per RPWD ACT 2016 in India.

Staff are extremely rude. Allocate another room after pre-booking before 2.5 months. Answer from manager to cancel the booking if not comfortable. Two senior citizen & 11 month baby with me,& being helpless I have to stay. Not recommended

We stayed 7-9 th October 24 ,Room and washroom cleaned ,service was good , staff and Restaurant also good, Best is Tast and quality of food was impressive. Overall enjoyable.
