Hotel Madan Villa

Pathetic service. Stuff behavior is very very rude and not at all cooperative with guest. We booked one room on 3rd floor and hotel manager forced my 70 years old parents to use stairs. At 10.31 PM manager asked us to wait for half an hour when I requested to switch on the lift for a while. Basic hygiene and maintenance were absolutely horrible especially pillow and mattress quality. Manager literally screamed and said we dont care about your feedback when I told I will definitely share my experience on social media. If you don't want to spoil your holiday then please avoid madan villa.

There is no security for guests. My wife's mobile phone is missing from the room. I even asked the manager to see the CCTV footage of the main gate, which is pointed to Room NO. 203. They just told me the CCTV is not working, and also told me the Monkey can do this. But I don't know how a Monkey switch off the mobile.

Worst place to stay. Location is 1.5 km from Jagannath temple. Room is too shabby. They charged 1800/- per night and they didn't provided drinking water also. 20/- tea was yuck. Only thing they provided was 1 small medimix soap in bathroom that too for 3 persons. Very poor room service, and very poor attitude towards guests.

Very good place to stay, homely atmosphere, and staff are very helpful and cordial. It's just 2min walk from the sea beach. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and you can order food in advance. Overall nice place.

Rooms condition is very good. AC is working properly. Lift is also available. 10 min from sea beach (only one disadvantage). Food quality is very good.

Budget hotel with specious well maintained room. My cost was only 1300/- per day. Car can be parked outside but without fear. Have a budget resturant also.

A good place for night stay...good room service and behaviour. Especially the staffs were kind towards me and had service 24 x 7.... Advisable for family and friend trips.
