Global Residency Hotel

Very very affordable hotel in Puri. The air conditioned room rent was very affordable even during the peak season time during October (Durga Puja). Hotel staffs behavior is very good. They gave prompt response to my calls. And it was very polite behavior from their side. The owner, Manoj, himself is also a very nice person. He helped me in booking train ticket from Bhubaneswar station as I couldn't book online. The location is little bit interior (10min walk to the beach). But you can't complain at such affordable price. Also, a market is just behind the hotel. So, you can buy cooking materials directly and use their common kitchen to cook your own food! That is too at a very very affordable rent. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for an affordable hotel in Puri.

1.The entire room is store house of cock roaches ,to entertain through out the trip. 2.Condition of dining is pathetic with no tolerance to hygiene 3.Instead of door bell the bang on the door acts as calling bell. 4.The elevator will elevate to topmost floor ,no matter whichever floor you have opted for. 5.Location is too congested.

If you’re looking for a value for money hotel - this is one of them. Last time about 8 months back I came in puri and stayed in a comparatively premium hotel and when I compare what we payed and got at that time was much. Rooms are spacious, you'll get kitchen place to cook. And there is a Bengali market just right after the hotel so one can buy different types of fishes, chicken, vegetables, groceries and cook for them or get the foods cooked from shops. These shops are good enough and they cook like home. We did other foods cooked from Jhantu da shop. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights with 7 persons and we received all sort of supports from the hotel managements and staffs. The only thing is that hotel is not in front of the beach and it’s around 7-10 mins of walking from the beach. But you’ll get toto, auto all the time. Overall our experience was good and we will definitely reconsider staying there again.

If you are looking for a holiday home, I would say this hotel is much better than a holiday home. Large room, clean toilet, kitchen facilities, balcony. The behavior of staff is also good. The benefits of ac are available at a relatively low cost. The only minus point of this hotel is its location. Being near the fish market, there is a little nuisance of flies in the room. However, I have a request to the management. That is, it is better to keep a wall clock in the rooms.

This hotel is awesome and manager and staff all are very helpfull and their behavior is polite. This is family type hotel and there is no disturbance for drunken bachelor's. If you want to cook all facilities are provided by hotel manager. Manager name Manoj he is nice person and reception staff Ranu is also a sweet boy and very helpfull by nature. The hotel staff have a small cute beautiful puppy. You must love it and it also loves you. But only problem is distance from beach. It is almost 10 minutes walking distance from beach. But market is in front of this hotel.

Global Residency Hotel of puri, the hotel is so good. The hotel rooms are so good like too much luxury the facilities also too good I just like this hotel. I also visited the hotel 3 times. My experience was so good with the hotel. The looks of the rooms of the hotel are good and every of the hotel is totally made of Marble. In every floor at the end of the corridors, there was a "Aquaguard" For drinking water. Also CCTV available in every corridor. Also 8 to 10 persons Lift system and stairs are available for reaching to the exact floor of yor room. The hotel also looks too good. The bathroom of the every room are very big and good ,also mirror provided in the rest room. room cleaning services is also available. Tv availabe, has a balkani is also in every room at the back of the room, hard Mirror table, so many lights, short ans small wooden almirah, shofa are available. Etc. Etc.. At all it's a good experience to me.

Very bad experience. The manager did not provide us with toiletries and said no where it was written that they would provide towel and soap. Their behaviour ia very rude. It freaked me out. Its not a hotel. Its a holiday home. Rooms are decent. Toilet was not clean.
