Greenland premium hotel (puri)

Paid for a room with hot water and ac inc breakfast. It had no hot water so we had to go and complain. Turned out they had turned the power off to it. Later in the night it started to get a little warm so tried to turn on AC only to find that wasn't working and also looked like it had been turned off had to suffer the heat. In the morning came down double checked that the breakfast was included and they confirmed it included coffee and 2 pieces of bread which had nothing for it ie butter or jam. When we finish they sent the staff out of the breakfast area which we thought was strange. Then they demanded payment for the included breakfast, we then had to endure threats from the management and ⚕️ finally after we demanded they call the police we were allowed to leave. it would appear that this hotel is using 2 different names !!!

I'm pretty easy going, but this place! Just no, I'd definitely recommend somewhere else. Management should be ashamed. Note they are using 2 names, the other name is blue sagar. Avoid avoid avoid

2 nights stay with family having 2 kids in double bed AC room. Just Ok to sleep. Not cleaning once a day. No kettle for hot water. No pilow cover and bedsheets change once a day. Staffs are friendly. They allow 1 hour extra after check out time upon request. I booked in goibibo for 2 nights 2500 rupees above mentioned room. No land phone. No complementary tea and coffee. They hesitate to provide extra towels. Beds are not so soft but Ok for me. AC TV geasure available. You need to buy mineral water. Need to order food from menu of nearby hotel. Overall Ok Ok for me and budget friendly for me.

The rooms were ok-ish. The major problem was the lack of cleanliness. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheets had hair on it. The side table was covered with dust and hair. The bathroom wall tiles were all stained. The top of the flush-box was broken. The walls of the bathroom and the roof were mouldy. But if the untidiness is kept aside, it could have been a wonderful stay. You can get food delivered from wherever you like. They were sincere about the details during check-in. Parking space might be an issue if you have a four-wheeler.

Very Comfortable stay,co-operative staff, reception manager's behaviour is very good,all services provided was good,budget hotel,the beach is approx 650m, jagannath mandir around 2km from the hotel, availability of transportation Is good.

The staff at this property are all great and good manner. This is a perfect hotel for all and overally I had a great experience. Thanks Greenland Hotel you make my trip colourful and very charming there.

I have stayed in most of the hotels but Greenland Hotel is the most unique and best experience for me and extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful, amenities were great condition and properly working, hygienic rooms and cleaning staff is very helpful there.
