Rooms are ok but house keeping is not upto mark. You need to carry your own stuff from vehicle to rooms. Room doesn't have basic sleepers which are generally available in all premium hotels. The value for money should be ensured by management. The breakfast has only one or two items

Great Stay in Fort Mercara. Easily accessible for most of the places as it is centrally located. Room - excellent Breakfast - excellent Parking - Basement Parking is available. We can also park just outside and as well as opposite side. Police station is next building and no issues with safety.

Poor management ..poor customer service .. had to wait for so long just to someone come to us and take the orders ..they dont even bother about customers ..no manpower to handle the crowd ..not up to the expectations ..disappointed..do not come here if you are hungry ..cz they are going to make you starve ..it takes 20 mins to give us just the mineral water

Link cannot be open. Pl send it again. Management Team I stayed in hotel for 3 days. Previously I reserved it for 2days but I liked this hotel so I extend it for one day more. During my stay I observed following things 1) room is very fine. Nicely decorated. But I will suggest to keep hand napkin & soap. Reason - I stayed in many hotels in India & abroad in which above things are keep in toilet.Your hotel also have same standard hence I strongly recommend. 2) Food is very nice. In all my 3days I have taken breakfast & Dinner. Restaurant also very nice. 3 ) Breakfast is also very nice. The stewards who served the food are very helpful 4) I specially given thanks to reception staff who helped me lot. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the girl & boy. Please convey my Best Wishes to both of them . In case if I came in Coorg I will definitely come to your hotel.i also recommend to my friends about your hotels
