Treebo Igloo Residency - Hotel in Coorg

They give u rooms different from pictures. They alter price after reaching their property. Book & go. But I recommend not to go at all🥲 Cons: 1. no ventilation. Ventilation is nightmare 2. Fungus mold smell 3. Total frauds The positive reviews are either fake or from those people who got rooms for rs 1000.

We stayed in this hotel during Oct 12-13 for two nights. We had reserved this property through Treebo. However very disappointed with Treebo that they have such bad hotels in their list. We booked two rooms with two queen size beds in each room, but they gave us a room with bed size of 4'x6' and it was so difficult to sleep for two adults. There was no ventilation in the room. The bathroom was awful and had not a single hanger to keep the towel or cloth. They promised that the buffet breakfast will be served but they had neither a restaurant nor buffet breakfast. Instead, they ordered from zomato and it was really bad. I had earlier very good experience staying in Treebo, but this choice of Treebo was extremely disappointing. I hope Treebo should review such hotels and try to save their image and trust of people.

It’s near to raja seat and have underground rooms . One rooms costs around 1300-1500 depends upon the rush . However rooms were fine and it’s an average hotel. Parking is not that good though and you can have somewhat nice morning and evening views from the balcony.

I booked the room looking at the online reviews. 1. Upon arrival we had to change 3 rooms since every room was found very dirty and the bathrooms had yellow water coming. 2. It was the same in the final room we had to take. We had to take it because they refused to give us any refund and we had an argument over it. Hence, we had to stay. 3. While checking out, by mistake I left sunglasses in the room, 100% sure they were on the bedside table. I called them immediately to inform that I had left them there thinking they would support, but nevertheless they completely denied having found any belongings in the room and I never got my sunglasses back. Customer care told me that if I want to check the cctv, I will have to file a police complaint. Really terrible for someone travelling from another district or state to Coorg since filing a complaint would have made me travel back again which was not feasible due to work. 70k INR rayban lost!

I took 4 member family stay room. The room was big but there is no view point and window is there for no use. I requested for a room with window view but the service person refused to give. You will not expect room service fulltime and no help to bring our luggages(I was expecting since I need to carry them -2 floors in a steep staircase) and no lift. Not okay for elders. Main thing is they are giving breakfast only to room in polythene cover like a roadside shop.Not healthy. Only benefit is the location.

A wonderful place to stay in Coorg with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there are no vegetarian restaurants nearby, so you'll need to walk to the market for options. Additionally, early morning tea (6-7 am) is not available.

Very Pathetic Experience.The room was stinking very badly and there was no gyser and the jet spray was not working.In the bathroom some weird smell were there. 2- The behaviour of the staffs were very rude.We have asked for tea but they have'nt responded and also they misbehaved with my mother. 3- They have taken the full amount and provided zero service. I would suggest people should read the reviews and then plan accordingly for this hotel.

Good service. Good room. Everything are very neat and clean. Friendly behavior staff. We stayed one day here.
