Fantastic location, awesome valley view from hotel room and dining itself. 5 min walk from Raja Seat. Rooms are clean and tidy. Standard amenities are good. Ample car parking. Limited Breakfast option (veg only), but Lunch and dinner options are more with veg and non veg choices.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Madikeri and had a decent experience. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, with a mesmerizing view from the hilltop location. The setting itself is great, with plenty of parking available and a good swimming pool to relax in. While the hotel has a restaurant, I didn't try their breakfast buffet for ₹250, opting for an outside vegetarian option instead, so I can't comment on the food. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay, and the view is definitely a highlight.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. The facilities, services were amazing. All the staffs were good too. The view from the hotel was wonderful as the hotel is placed on the top of the mountain. Lastly the food was very delicious. I recommend this hotel to people who visits coorg.

We stayed here for a night. Had booked Delixe suit. However the suit assigned to us was in the corner of the ground floor and there was absolutely no valley view. Valley view is only available from 1st floor rooms or one need to go to restaurant. ||Location is good. It’s next to Raja Seat Garden. However furniture in the room has outlived its life and needs urgent maintenance. Due to rainy season, blankets were moist and staff tried to assist after our persistent requests to iron it. They had small travel size iron. Nothing much improved but at least they tried. ||There wasn’t much spread in the break fast apart from idli and poha. Omelette was also chargeable. Room was spacious and had 3rd bed. There were 2 very low height chairs as against sofa and dining table which is generally provided in suite. ||I would not prefer to visit this property again though Coorg is extremely beautiful and I would certainly be visiting Coorg again

This is a descent budget stay with a great view. Pros Great location. Very good roads to the hotel. Breathtaking views. Reasonable and tasty food. Neat and hygienic rooms. 24 hrs hot water supply and generator backup. Cons The buildings are quite old The common area is not as maintained as a private resort. The bar and the dining area is together without a seperation. There are no proper nets for the windows due to which insects and mosquitos come inside the room. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

🔴Poor Service: The service here is quite inadequate, failing to meet basic expectations. 🔴Limited and Overpriced Breakfast: The breakfast options are very limited and overpriced, lacking variety and quality. 🔴Poor Room Maintenance: The rooms are not well-maintained, showing clear signs of neglect. 🔴Spacious Rooms and Bathrooms: Although the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, this does not compensate for the lack of proper service and upkeep. ⭕No Lunch Experience: I can't comment on the lunch as I did not have it here. 🔴Overall Disappointment: The main issues are the breakfast and the overall service, both of which are extremely disappointing. 🟡Good Dinner Experience: On a positive note, I enjoyed the daal and chicken served at dinner. 🟡Location: The location is excellent, situated in a prime area. It is very close to Raja's Seat viewpoint. The property is spacious and well-located. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for improvement.

Hotel is situated at greatest place for sunset. View from room and dining room is even greater than that you can get from Rajahs seat. Staff is good. Food is good.

Location is the advantage here..Rooms have nice sunset view. Good maintenance swimming pool available between 9-6. The staff is good and prompt. Rooms are average, at times it has lots of insects. Not very well kept. Breakfast is mediocre, just upma, kesri bhat and puri bhaji...nothing else on request too. Wifi works fine in certain rooms. Good location from main market, walking 700 m. Ample parking space.
