Very dirty! Not recommended. When asked to clean the restroom, he said it is because of continuous rains here. No housekeeping what so ever. Not sure how OYO has affiliated this hotel with such poor maintenance. We fall for the picture of the new construction which would have been taken at the time of new construction. We pay in advance to keep the booking and then we are at their mercy to stay there without any service and no one to talk to.

This guy ruined my trip....I booked the room in booking.com there is no payment option available....that time this person's told to me it will be ok ...u can pay on property..... we are going to that room he can sale the room for another person and he told me u r not paid .....this guy is too worst and he is too rash ......don't trust these persons

Blankets and bedsheets were not cleaned/sanitized. Rest all was good other than that..

I booked a room for two at the front desk. It was a bit pricey, but the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggage for a day after we checked out.

Horrible experience. Where do I start? Location: Booked through Fabhotel where it's listed as Raj Residency. The Google Maps location was inaccurate. Had a lot of trouble locating it. Even the locals seemed unaware of its location. Located in an obscure lane, the road condition right in front is terrible. Room: Transformer right outside the room's window. Started arcing violently one night. There was even a small fire. Had to run out for safety. Next morning, got locked inside the room as the interlock did not work. Got out with a lot of difficulty. Very basic bathroom, hot water comes on and off. Bathroom door doesn't lock either. Service: Decent. Staff tried to cooperate. But even they can't make up for all the problems with this place.

Place is near to many tourist spots. Rooms are good but bedsheets could have been sanitised well. Except soap no other toiletries provided. No dressing table in most of the rooms. Food is very well arranged and was tasty. Politely handled the people.

Booked the hotel through makemytrip. The issues we faced: 1) location issue: the hotel is listed as fabhotel raj residency on makemytrip. You will not be able to find the location on maps. It will misguide you and you will ultimately end up roaming around one place. 2) communication services: got the number from website, it was for fabhotels. Tried multiple times, everytime it kept on ringing, finalliy after one hour fab hotel executive picked and after 10's of questions put us on wait and ultimately disconnected. 3) the bed sheets had blood spots on them. 4) saw some cockroaches in bathroom. Good things: 1) room service is very good. 2) food ordered is also good. 3) rooms are big. 4) complimentary breakfast was awesome. We needed a simple and good breakfast, and we got it in the hotel. Giving one extra star for awesome sabhar. Recommendation: you can visit this place. Only thing to note instead of raj residency, search for ragsys hotel. Recommendation: the hotel was ok. But in my view the charges they took and the service they provided was not at all good.
