Worst hotel.. no hygiene the beds are not clean. The management was tooo worst and the receptionist was to rude with customer. We stayed for one night we did not get the water in the wash room when we ask the receptionist about water he not even cared about the water problem.finallly we took the water from other rooms. Don't reffer this hotel to anyone. Worst worst worst

Please don’t go to the restaurant.It's important to share your feedback so that the restaurant can improve a lot exponentially staffs very bad experience I had . One of the staff made a mistake like all the curry he put in my shirt but he didn’t say even sorry. He saying like that’s my my mistake and it happens every day . All the customers please not please don’t go to the restaurant it’s my humble request

“The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The staff and receptionist is awesome helpful. They have a big parking n The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.this place is convinient for all the location.. Zomm bike rental shop just 100m away.. Highly recommend.. Thnank you hilltown hotel and staff

Room and bathroom was spik and span. Kudos to the one who does the cleaning. Hot water 24hours. AC is good but they should remember to keep bucket for AC pipe which is in the corridor or else by morning all the water will be in ur room. They have a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. U can also do some shopping there, they have homemade chocolates coorg speciality. The location is good if u want to visit all the nearby sight seeing like Rajaseat etc... 5-10 minutes away. Overall was a good experience.

My stay at Prestige Residency, Madikeri, was a nightmare. The staff's behavior was terrible, the rooms were unclean, and the excessive presence of cockroaches was appalling. The bed quality made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In addition, there were issues with plug points, including those for iPhone chargers, and the AC wasn't functioning. I strongly advise against staying at this property. Highly not recommended

Rooms are very bed in quality...no sentization, very small in size. Price is very high as per the quality of room , no intercom no room service. Behavior of staff not good. Price of room should be less than rs 1000. I have canceled 1 day stay out of my 2 days stay. The photo shown in the google is completely differ from actual. On the bed you can not sleep because of voice coming from this old n poor quality bed. Couple should avoid this hotel. Worst hotel i ever stayed.
