Great accomodation. Clean and well maintained rooms. Helpful staff. Slightly difficult to get autos directly from the hotel, you have to walk for around 5-10 minutes to reach the main road from where you can find autos.

Please believe me this hotel gives you all what you want while travelling to a place like Chikmagalur As we all want to visit the peak and then come back n take rest the resort was highly expensive Even on weekdays it was difficult but then goibibo recommended this hotel which at first I was sceptical but when I thought to give it a try it was worth it Firstly the room was super clean and looked luxurious, there was wifi facility then very clean washroom good parking for 2 wheeler and at last the price just 1.2 k per day . Please check this hotel and feel free to try

Very bad location, no auto after 7PM, no restaurant near the hotel. Had to walk 3km to eat. Bathroom door was glass, and had huge peephole, no kettle as well. No warm water for bathing. Had cockroach and spider roaming in the room. Bed was nice and free water was given, but bad things outweigh good.

I had booked this property for 4 people, but when we reached there, there was only 1 cot in the room and they told us to sleep on the couch bed....which was disappointing because it was not mentioned in the website while we booked. Also there were no soaps, towels, pillows and we had to ask each and everything. We did not get hot water because they had installed solar heaters which is very stupid for a place like Chikmagalur where it's raining throughout the year...staff were polite and responsive tho. They gave us electrical heater later. The location had muddy road, it had just rained and a mess...also very bad drainage smell while entering the property which was unpleasant... Rooms was pretty and had studio apartment vibes

Nice experience at the hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff were very courteous. Had an issue with the key which they resolved on priority. Taxi was also arranged for site visit. Overall a satisfying experience.

Over-all experience was good. Staff was cooperative & we'll mannered specially Mr. Satish was very helpful. He was well versed with English. Very good hotel & location is peaceful too. Would love to choose some stay during our next visit. Cons I would say is only language. If other staff's understand & speak either hindi or english it will be very helpful for tourist like us who come from non kannada states. As the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant I would request hotel to provide small electric kitels in room to make tea or coffee.

Friendly staff. Awesome accomodation. Cleanly maintained. Food u need to order from outside but u can stay peacefully without any disturbance of vehicle noise. Easily accessible for main road as well shops.
