The Hotel is located very close to the market area. But apart from this the stay was not comfortable here. 1. They do not have hot water available all the time. 2. Staff asks you to "ADJUST" with such situations. 3. No Glasses, Kettle provided. 4. After not getting hot water and multiple follow ups to get it sorted, the staff keeps cutting calls because they do not understand hindi/english, so its preferable for them to disconnect. 5. Lift is not working. 6. Bedsheets and Comforters are stained with god knows what. 7. The TV has a lock, so you can only watch one channel. Apart from the lady at the reception during the day shift, it was not a good experience here.

Good things... Location is very near to market. Desk lady is very humble Rooms are clean and big in size Lift facility Brekasfs was very good Water bottle free of cost on demand.. Bad things.... No travel guide Hot water is not that much hot...

I stayed for 3 nights. Pros: room was spacious, location central, reasonably clean and service acceptable. Cons: Problems with hot water, staff not knowing Hindi or English, no restaurant so breakfast and tea are brought from outside. No kettle was provided for tea.

We stayed here for one night. The room was good. But the service was very bad. They didn't have hot water. They didn't provide towels, toiletries and they said complementary breakfast but they served only after we asked them. If nothing is there then only go. Otherwise don't visit this. Worst of all time. We asked for one suit and they said it was not available. They made us book 2 rooms. But later they provided one suit and one normal room. They just cheated on us.. I don't recommend this hotel.

AC was dripping from inside. Extra mattress was super dirty and extra small. The rooms are not maintained properly - the walls had fungus.Complimentary breakfast is just Cold idly vada. The view from the room was good. Parking is decent with basement parking arrangements.

This was a sudden trip & needed the stay at midnight but unfortunately they mentioned no rooms available Room confirmation happened only in the morning Spent almost half a day outside with no stay option or a confirmation Based on what I observed the place wasn’t completely booked - things could have been better Pro: Walkable distance from the main road Spacious room & place Decent WiFi was available Lift available to all rooms Cons: No AC No toiletries - basic soap/ hand wash Bedsheets, pillow covers wasn’t clean - attaching photo No restaurant & breakfast was 2 idly & vada TV wasn’t functional At night lot of noises can be heard from the corridor No one to help or assist at reception during night times

The rooms were spacious, but the bedsheets were not clean. We asked for iron box, but it was not working.

The room is simple. Bedsheets were not clean. It had stains. Food provided was a parcel from a restaurant and the taste was decent. The staff members are friendly and helped us to checkin late at night.
