Hotel New Empire

Today we visited with family Channapattana Mudigere branch (Mysore Road) ordered 2 half biriyani and 2 half starters. But they have billed for 2 full biriyani & 2 full starter. We paid the bill. Had doubt about the amount when we checked we came to know the truth. We asked the manager Mr Pradeep about this issue. He said before paying the bill you should inform us now we cannot do anything. We were not happy at least he could ask sorry if happens over mistake. All the staff and cashier came and started abusing me and my family with bad words. Luckily public ware absorbing this and came to support us. So we are safe otherwise we would be in danger. My sincere request to empire customers please check the bill properly before paying They will try to cheat cuatomers.

Rooms are not maintained properly, Bedsheets are of different fabric other than cotton, , which irritate you when you lie down. there is not a single fan switch serviceable. You feel suffocated at all time s, there is no window wire mash to avoid mosquito. The colour of the room wall are so dark, instead of relaxing your mind it depress you at times. The advantage of this room is it's location being on main road, and if family Or group of 10 people want to stay, this place is highly recommend , paying less and staying large numbers of people and the only staff who stays whole night there, is extremely helpful, well behaved, ready to help in his limits. It was the worst experience one could ever have in life . Manager was mannerless as well as unresponsive , did not even answer any thing respectfully.He was disgusting!!!! The food was my life's worst nightmare. I had ordered chicken which was not having any taste as well as it was not even cooked properly. I left the whole food as it was and made the payment even after that the manager was not having any etiquette to ask what was the problem with food and ignored the whole matter and kept the money.Worst people worst food worst experience. If one wants to spoil his/her trip in chikmagluru please do visit this place.Thumbs down!!!!!!!!

Worst food and service! Mannerless manager. I got steel wire in Chilly Mushroom ,on pointing it out he took it casually and didn't apologise, In Butter chicken, chicken wasn't even cooked properly and the gravy was horrible Overall it was very unpleasant and equivalent to nightmare experience!!

If you are Non vegetarian you better try eating here instead of Town Canteen, believe me you won't regret a thing. Its a newly opened hotel and yes one day its going to be one of the best place to eat in Chikmagalur. There Shahwarma was one of the things that i enjoyed in Chikmagalur 😋😋
