OYO 15955 Rest Inn

Hotel did not provide with any services and amenities mentioned. The towel was not given in any of the two rooms, toiletries were absent, we did not even get drinking water for the whole 3 days we stayed. We have to buy it from outside. Room condition was also bad, bedsheets were not the size of beds and were only half covering the bed, other half of the bed was hidden by blanket. Toilet was not clean, drains were clogged with hairs and nobody even swept the floor / dustbin for full 3 days we stayed and it was not swept from previous guests too. TVs did not work either.

The stay was absolutely pathetic 1. They didn't give us the 2 rooms we booked for ( pre-paid ) and told us that room is not there , and had to go for a 6 bedroom which was not sufficient. 2. Very arrogant idiotic manager who doesn't even care about the visitors. 3. Service ultra poor with staff don't know how to deal with the situation 4. Room with no dustbin , no soaps . 5. Insufficient parking space and they even told us to park outside. 6. Also , we had 4 senior citizens including ladies ( mom and aunt ) along with us, it made the situation worse and they didn't even understand the importance. It's better to kindly remove these type of hotels from the websites itself. Visitors kindly stay away from this hotel.

I stayed here 2-3 times on business visits to Chikmagalur as it offers the cheapest tariff and it is pretty close to the major business hotspots & restaurants of the city. But in my last stay I was bit disappointed by the quality of room. The Bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were lot of ciggarate buds in the bathroom. The toilet didn't seemed to be cleaned and the towel was not provided in the room. There were couple of dead bugs on the floor. Apart from the above issues, room was adequately spacious enough for a single stay and the bed was comfortable. I have mixed feelings about the service. Check-in & Check-out process were smooth. But when I asked for towel in morning, they took almost 15 mins to deliver it. Overall, it's a good budget hotel. I would definitely recommend this if they live upto cleaning standards. -BeingBakasura

There is no 0 star hence giving 1 star. Bad rooms and bed. Rooms and bathroom not cleanly maintained. No lift need to carry luggage. No parking. Need to park on the main road where you won’t get parking very easily daytime and which is very dangerous whole night. Definitely I don’t recommend anybody to stay here. Hospitality is hell.

The room was good with ambient lighting. AC remote was not working properly. Bed is too springy and causes body ache. Bathroom was good. Hot water was available only in the morning. Parking is available in the basement but it's too congested and difficult if you want to park your car. One car was parked behind mine with just hairline distance between them. Complete market is accessible from the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Pathetic room service. No room service,no food,nothing. We just wasted our money on this hotel. On booking time they say they will charge 400/- for ac per room per day. But when we reached there they charged us 500/-. We had done our booking through MMT so we had no other option but to stay as we had to give 100% amount before the final countdown to MMT. There are so many hotels out there. But, I will not suggest this hotel to anyone. The manager was disgusting and so was the staff.

It is Very Very Poor The hotel room was not clean, cuo boards are just like dust bins, bath room is very small, the taps are not proper, shower is just rust pipe only. The room is very small and stinky, wnated to get out asap. Do not trust Gobibo blinldy to book it.

Firstly pricing was very budget friendly on pocket, smooth booking was done on Goibibo with great discount offer. Hotel is located in center of city which makes you to find it easily also you will get plenty of options for food around hotel, Safe for families also. Inside ambience is quite good and also promised facilities too. Two star less for not having enough parking and less spacious rooms. Apart from above drawbacks other things are okay, overall good experience.
