Room is good. Didn't expect a 5 members bedroom will be this huge in a hotel. Expect that even after turning on the AC for 3hrs the room didn't get cool. Adjusted with the fan but for the temperature of chikmaglur is cool so didn't get suffocated for the improper AC. and Water tank got empty in the morning and no staff is available to check the motor. We had to wait 3hrs to get water. Service is 1/5. Rooms are 4/5

Room is good but no hot water and no wifi and no TV and No power as well. They changed additional amount 400 per person. I think they are doing this without informing their Owner.

Worst service. Don’t plan to eat food there. They don’t clean plates properly. No hot water available. Staff is very ignorant. We could not even find anyone to return room keys. We just kept at reception and left.

The service is really bad. They are really bad people. Unpolite and ready to ruin your experience. Regarding rooms... nothing was good, sheets were not clean, even for basic amenities they are not giving... Please go only if you have to ruin your experience.
