NillWe booked 2 rooms for 4+1 member but there was no floor mats was offered in one room, they only provided 3 soaps and 3towels for 5 members except that there was no tooth paste was offered. They dint kept water in one room. In one room table lamp was not in working condition. Parking space was not there. No complimentary food offered. Bath room cleaning was not up to the mark. Customer service was good and beds were also in good condition.

NillThe hotel situated in the main market area of chikmagalur. Location wise the hotel is very nice, it also have a restaurant and the food there is really tasty. But the rooms of the hotel are little small and the bathrooms are really very small. Room service is not satisfactory. First day they gave us the room uncleaned but on second day they cleaned it nicely. Other room services are also not satisfactory. There were no one to carry the luggages. Overall a good stay but it could have been better.

NillWe booked hotel for 3 days. Rooms were very small. No towel in the room.( Provided one towel after multiple calls) Receptionist was very rude. But other staff were good. Bathroom was in pathetic condition. Doar lock was damaged so we had to hold bathroom doar for washroom etc. (The worst part they could not fixed it after telling multiple times) Bathroom was so small even normal hotels with 1000 per night will have bigger bathroom. Shower and hand shower locker was so tight that we were unable to use it. Hotel manager was not supportive as it was year end sale so he was full busy and arrogant. Was given a room which was main road side everytime you ll hear voice of traffic on the road. Note: if you are planning leisure time with a loved one. Never ever book this hotel. It's very much overrated.

NillHotel is located in a prime location but no parking. We had to fight to get parking. No towels provided. Rooms are tiny. Cleanliness is very low. Cost very high. Staff are extremely rude. He literally told my wife is shut it because she's a woman. When I came to the scene, his tone changed. Everything about the hotel was wrong. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE.

NillVery nice stay at this hotel for my family. Room with two double beds very comfortable and beautiful room. cosy sitting area , clean and nice bathroom. Hotel staff is very helpful .Mr. Adarsh the hotel manager helped to arrange all the sight seeing and we had a wonderful time. There is a very good restaurant at the ground floor. Location is walking distance from bus stand.

NillLast Week, I stayed in this hotel. Staff welcome with smile manager was very humble and the rooms were very clean and tidy, they had refrigerator, AC, and 24 hours hot water facility, A special thanks to Mr, AFRAN who guided us about the tourist spots in Chikmagalur very polite person and prices are also affordable worth it staying here. Thank Royal Palace team.

NillLooks magnificent from outside, The interiors are done well, the restaurant is in first floor, but service and realization of existence of room service is seriously lacking. No room service. TV does not work. Mostly because they deliberately dont pay tatasky subscription charges. Water - rely on outside water. Buy. There is a restaurant downstairs but it is closed in the night. We asked them to supply water, and despite repeatedly promising, they provided it to one room and forgot the rest. No towels - They provide it, after you remind them this is a hotel. Flush works, sometimes. It stops working whenever. 2 out of four rooms had flush issues. Flush stopped working in the night. Call them if you want to flush. No towels. They provided after we made a scene. Not without asking, they dont provide. Rude manager. Instead of owning up to genuine issues he literally will put it on you being fussy. Some rooms dont have working locks - 201, so the door will always be swinging open when you leave the room. Surprisingly they do allot these kind of rooms to unsuspecting visitors. Power points dont really work. It does and it doesnt. AC does not work in 205. Solpa adjust maadi. To their credit, they did provide us a table fan, which was pushing a bit too much air and we had runny noses in the morning. Subtle things that turn you off. They will keep the AC remote with them when you check in, so you have to call them to switch on the AC. For the extra effort, you get to keep the remote. They give water in 100ml bottles which is grossly insufficient. At the very least they should have aquaguard installed. They are good with verbal promises and lip service. Most of the time these false promises of 'will fix later' would work. In ourcase we kept following up. Overall, this is a hotel with services of a lodge.

NillWorst experience of hotel accommodation. very poor management and housekeeping experience. We went out at 11 in morning. When returned at 10 pm, we were locked out of the room (with 2 kids) with access card not working and entire floor in dark without electricity. Had to make multiple trips from 4th floor to ground floor to request someone to come back and check. Eventually had to scream (which I never do) at the staff in their restaurant (since there was no staff that could be located at reception or elsewhere in hotel) for them to take notice of our plight. They had no clue why access card is not working. There was noone to take care of housekeeping, noone at reception. It seemed like the guests at the hotel were at God's mercy. Avoid if you can but if can't, while booking advised not to opt for breakfast option. They have their own restaurant at ground floor. In room service is more expensive than going to the restaurant and eating there.
