We were 12 members family and booked a dormitory. The rooms are maintained good. The problem with Dorm is that administration thinks that it is given for cheap price, and they do not provide many facilities. Like hot water for drinking, bathing soaps/Shampoo, Proper blankets, also dorm is located in the top floor where they are also using that place as a service area for washing and drying clothes. Message to administration - Kindly treat all the customers in the same manner. if you think you are charging less for dormitory then increase the price, don't assume and reduce the facilities. and also keep the dormitory floor also in the same condition as other floors.

Best hotel in Chikkamangluru. The staff is very polite and supportive. They provided every help one needs. Thank you very much for making our trip more enjoyable.

Untidy bedsheet, poor windows , uncleaned toilet. Poor response from room serivce. No proper marking as its in market. Everyday parking placed will be switched. No restaurant facility. They also do not provide any ameneties. Its like 1 star hotel in city center.

The receptionist is fake. At night he asks for more money for booking and he checks the cctv and asks to pay to his QR code putting beside the hotels QR code. I realised that he is taking money instead it goes to the hotel Owner . If this is looked by manager or owner please exclude these type of issues. The rooms are clean and good but only issue is receptionist.

I recently spent a day at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall service and amenities. If you're expecting a 3-star experience, this may not meet your expectations. Pros: 1. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, close to the city center. 2. The hotel manager was friendly and even upgraded one of our rooms at no extra cost (out of a total of four rooms). 3. They offer elevator access, and staff are available to help with luggage. 4. The staff manager was helpful in suggesting nearby attractions and assisting with cab bookings. Cons: 1. There’s no designated parking; guests must park on the main road. 2. The hotel doesn't manage its own restaurant, so avoid booking with meals included. Breakfast options were extremely limited (only one dosa or idli), despite being labeled as "complimentary" for an extra charge of 700 INR. 3. The deluxe room cleanliness was lacking, with dusty bedsheets, towels, lamps, and windows. Requests for replacements were met with equally unclean items. 4. Basic amenities like dental and shaving kits were not provided, giving the feel of a 1-star experience. 5. Only half the lights in the elevator were working. 6. There were numerous spider webs, and windows were covered in dust. 7. Breakfast is outsourced to Vishnu Delicacy next door. Dosa was very oily and it was half cup tea. We left few position. 8. Dinner is provided by Khansamaa, but options are not ideal for vegetarians. 9. Children are not included in the paid breakfast or dinner plan. Considering the experience, Treebo Orchid might be a better option at a lower cost, as it’s part of the Treebo chain and should maintain a standard level of service and room quality.

my experience was mixed. The primary issue was cleanliness; the room, particularly the washroom, was not up to standard. Additionally, noise from outside was quite noticeable, which affected my comfort. There were also problems with the hot water, necessitating a call to the front desk to address the issue. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any concerns. The location of the hotel is excellent, being conveniently close to everything.

We came over as a family and stayed in this place. The hotel is in city centre, walkable distance from city bus stand and any shopping place around. The stay & service is amazing. The staff adnan & abhishek were very helpful in decorating as we had come to celebrate birthday.
