Galaxy Inn

I had booked a Classic room for two people. It was sufficiently spacious and had a decent toiletry. The route to the hotel is easy. However, the basic amenities such as towel, soap and WiFi were not provided. The management was quite impolite when asked about these things. Also, we had reached the hotel early after a long journey and so asked them whether we could use the toilets, but we were not allowed even though rooms were available. Though these were not included in the terms and conditions, but we expected a courteous response.

It was a good budget friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel has the all basic amenities. Price is also very affordable and economical. Convenient to bus stand and railway station. Located near main market. Service was okay. Recommended

Good looking and clean rooms. You get the same rooms for AC and Non-AC. They just turn on the AC For AC room. No WiFi or Breakfast Service provided. KSRTC Bus Stand is at a walkable distance from here. They Charge 800 Rs for single room without AC and 1200 Rs for Single room with AC. Rs 1500 for double bedroom without AC and 1800 Rs with AC. Staff here are rude. Nice Hotel Poor Staff.

It was one of the worst hotel I have booked till date with the amount I have paid. 1. We have requested for early check-in, leave early check in, Had to wait almost for 25min before they allot the room to us, as they got confused to give which room to us, we reached hotel at 11.28am, but they told that we have to wait till 12pm. 2. Finally got the room, which was small like a washroom, stincky, no ventilation at all. 3.bathroom was stincing like hell, and there was no cover to close the Wc. 4.Ac was not working, had complained couple of times, they switched it on somehow but was just for formalities, as no cool air was coming. 5. No water bottles was provided, I had asked for the same couple of times then they finally provided. 6.No towels, no Shops, no Shampoo was provided by them. Overall, complete waste of money, it's a last time I had booked the same with this hotel. Guys, be aware before you book the same.

Location wise great, rooms are okay, but I did not find the stay to be worth the tariff. Hardly any room service, and rooms were small. WiFi and AC were not working even though they were mentioned in amenities. Some of the staff were not entirely cooperating.

Hotel rooms are good but service is bad... Didnt have working wifi Didnt provide towels Didnt provide shampoo In addition to these, the rooms are neat and clean, the place is on the main road, very easy to find. You will be able to find many restaurants nearby for food....

Very poor service and they boast about the services but in actual they do not provide any proper service. For instance wifi , AC were not working properly and hot water was not coming in washroom. Prices are too high as compared to services provided. Instead you should opt for supreme lodge, they provide value for money services.

The rooms are good and hospitality is also fine. But there is no separate parking place. Parking is only available on roadside which is bad and quiet disappointing.. Also one more drawback is if you don't have the lunch before 3PM, then you will not find any hotels nearby to have food... You have to starve badly😔☹️
