The rooms were okay. We expected more cleaner and maintained rooms and bathrooms. Many things were not in place like water, towels soap etc. staff is supernice, super helpful and polite. They are the reason i am giving 3 Stars.

My experience here has been quite exceptional. The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. The area is safe and has everything within walking distance. I feel it's totally worth the money.

The worst room experience in recent times. I forgot to take the photos, sharing the experience below Deluxe AC room! Cons: 1. I booked an AC room, the management gave a room with an ac which is not working. They asked me to adjust with it. After complaining, they gave a smaller room with working AC. Nobody bothers to show the room facilities and stuff, just gave the key, that's it ! 2. The room have the cigarette smell all the time. I don't think the cleaning is properly done. The pillow cover was not clean. Slept without pillow! The bedsheet had the burn markings of cigarettes, they are not evening changing it 3. Bathroom have leaking taps. They'll close the pipe connection to avoid it.. we have to work on it to get water. 4. No 24 hours hot water supply 5. Parking is a mess! Pros: Only one thing I felt positive is the location. It's in a prime location and near to mail road. Easily accessible. As it was a long weekend and everywhere is full with tourists, I had to adjust here. I decided to roam around most of the times!

One of the best stay we had in chikmagalur. We stayed in superior family room with 2 double beds. The room was clean, spacious and Service also was good. Receptionist Manoj was very polite and friendly. He suggested and guided our trip in chikmagalur. We wanted to explore mullayyanagiri in open jeep and he arranged it for us. It is located next to a good veg restaurant and also you find many other options for both veg and Non veg food, juice and ice creams. Overall we had a very good experience.

Very genuine review. Rooms are good. But service is also good. But from 2 days asking for hot water but they dont have kettle in room. One person brought hot water in plastic bottle. Next day another person brought a kettle which is not working. This problem should be solved,

I really want to tell everyone who keeping this as an option to stay when you are on trip with family Frnd’s or even solo This stay has worst maintenance firstly and adding to this worst service from the staff . I stayed here for 1hard night, where the AC started making weird noises when turned on which was like hell of disturbance. I tried bothering staff for 3 times that this is the case , he just comes up switches off the AC & reduces the AC fan speed which effects in reduced cooling with 25%of reduction in noise The answer from them is repeatedly the same the noise gets reduced in 15mins. Got fed up with them immediately insisted for another room even that’s the same case there as well, decided to vacate hotel please fair review do not stay here
