Worst ever experience, I have booked through Agoda paid online And the owner is disrespecting me and saying me to pay extra 1500 As soon as I checked into the hotel, there is no AC, zero maintenance, leave money, but respect is important, and these person don’t even know how to treat customer(Pradeep) is the owner

Don't book these room,never take oyo rooms in chikmagalur I booked room and paid online a day before. I got confirmation too But when i reached there then they denied my checkin as all rooms are full They will not help in anything

Worst experience. Booked in agoda with full payment. Owner denied check in saying occupied. Not even having a courtesy to speak gently. Never ever book this hotel
