Kalpavruksha lodge

Visited Mantralaya recently(22 Nov 2024). Kalpavruksha is Worst room ever for families. 1. Too costly compared to other lodges.(he took 1200₹ from morning 9am to evening 8pm) we were not in the room all day. 2. No proper services. 3. No hot water (the geyser switch is with the lodge person,he won't switch on the button even though we asked multiple times) 4. Room quality is too bad for families and kids. One can't sleep on those dusty beds. my son is not even sitting on the bed. 5. The bathroom is too bad. The taps are rusty. Taps are not working properly. Attached are a few images of the room and lodge. Please do not book this lodge as per my experience. Will get far better rooms near the Raghavendra mandir.

They were Dirty and bad smelling rooms. I did not take room there. In Mantralayam I suggest everyone to take rooms from Sri Guru Raghavendra Math. They are super clean spacious and well maintained. And affordable too. They charge 500 for 24 hours. Where these private rooms are charging 2000 to 2500 per night.

he location of this place is superb, offering great convenience and proximity to various attractions. However, it's important to note some drawbacks regarding the room itself. The rooms are noticeably small and, unfortunately, lack cleanliness, which can be disappointing. If you haven't been able to secure reservations elsewhere, then you may consider staying here as a last resort. Nevertheless, it's worth mentioning that the prime location remains the main selling point.

We stayed only during day time. As compared to any other residences this is quite cheap, for day refreshment oyhers were asking 2k plus. Some how we wanted only to get freshendup and rest for 3hrs. So Kalpavruksha was much cheaper. But for night stay I won't prefer

Stay date: 30th sep - 1st oct 2023 I got good 👍 experience, need some improvements in rooms cleanliness, but comfortable and flexibility with the owners, even I came from other state; they gave two wheeler for reaching river as well as taking lunch. Had friendly guidance from them for exploring new places .

Don’t fall for the pictures!! Bedspreads and pillows were so dirty looked never washed for quite some days. The area behind lodge is dirty and stinking. For our room (person at reception said geyser is shared between 2 rooms so would get only warm water) it was not an issue weather was hot anyway (Dec month) Good thing is very closer to temple Note: parking is on roadside in-front however it was safe no issues Go for this as last option if you aren’t getting accommodation anywhereelse which was case with us :)

One of the worst lodges I have ever seen. Do not fall for their fake photos and reviews. This should be your very last option if you do not have any lodges at all (that's what happened in my case) Stinks very much. Next to drainage No proper roads to lodge Feels like you are going to slum No blankets provided No regulator to fan. Only high speed or you need to switch it off. Water will be coming out / flowing from nowhwre, everywhere its Dirty No TV connection, its a dummy showpiece No water bottle No soaps No towels No working ACs No painting to the rooms No cleanliness No proper water taps Broken bulb holders Dirty mirrors Not working rusted dirty shower Broken toilet seat No toilet jetspray / no commode shower (main part is missing) No painting no plastering no cover to windows in the bathroom On top of this worst service, rooms and not providing basic needs room guy was asking for tips. Shameless people. Don't know how they are into lodge business. Highly disappointed and highly not at all recommended... NEVER EVER VISIT OR STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. VERY BAD.. ....Look at the pictures I have posted.. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN MY REVIEW, take a look at each photo again.
