GPS RESIDENCY(SREE GURU PAVANASUTA RESIDENCY)

The rooms looked good until we saw that the bedsheets were used…when asked it to be changed later the other bedsheets had stains STAINS we have to go temple the next day and this is what we were supposed to sleep on. Very disappointing for the amount we paid for the rooms ,could sleep properly due to this. The electricity was an issue the fans didn’t work at first then was checked later they got it working . The bathrooms looked clean ,they could provide some soaps and clean towels…for the amount they r charging ,the services could be better. The restaurants service was good ,but the food could be better ,cleanliness could be maintained. For the amount we paid I think they should give more attention to cleanliness, and give some toiletries, please keep cleaner bedsheets. After seeing the bedsheets I am really disappointed.

Our stay was pleasant and owners were very hospitable. Our bus got delayed by an hour at midnight, the owners kept our company until the bus arrived. Rooms were decent, all the promised amenities were working. The breakfast was good.The location is right opposite to bus stand which was perfect for us and they provide free transport to the temple.

Hotel was very clean and safe. There was 24/7 hot water available. The food was excellent. The hotel staff was very humble and polite. They also arranged vehicles for their customers to visit the temple. The overall experience during the stay was just awesome.

In my recent visit to Mantralaya I stayed at this hotel and I kind of liked it. First of all, all rooms are decent neither too good nor too bad . In my opinion it could have been maintained well but it's ok. Service is good, staff here are friendly. They do have an attached restaurant but the food is not great. They offer complimentary unlimited breakfast with the room which was also not good. I felt the quality of the food was pretty below par. I liked the fact that they offer a free drop service to Raghavendra mutt in their electric rickshaw. They have a dedicated car parking which is a plus point. Prices are okish, I felt slightly overpriced for the kind of room they are offering. Overall pleasant stay

One of the clean and well maintained hotels at Mantralayam. Venkatesh and Kiran were very helpful and co operative. It's very near to the temple is an added advantage. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel.

Food was expensive and average not value for money. Rest rooms were pathetic.Service was substandard. Ventured into restaurant just by looking at the building and expected good atmosphere, food and facilities..

We had a good stay at the hotel. We stayed in a 3 bed room. What we like: Owner was accommodative of our request for early check-in. Room was clean and neatly maintained. Staff were courteous and temple is walkable distance. What we don’t like: However, bathroom tap was broken and you have to apply some tactics every time you use it. Complementary breakfast was average. My recommendation to owner: 1. Repair the tap urgently. We stayed in 214. 2. For the rates being charged, toiletries and bath towel could be provided. 3. Check the quality of food before serving. We mentioned to the staff there that sambar was spoilt and asked not to serve. 4. TV was not working. Hence repair it. P.S: They provide complementary bag with Photo of Guru Raghavendra. I forgot to collect it, as I wasn’t aware until the owner called and informed.
