Hotel room was.clean But they rip money they took 3800 for 12hrs by 9pm asked us to vacate some other people booking We asked 24hrs correct he said it's 12hrs mantralayam rules We said will call police they said ok problem It's all room mafia happening no one is concerned Better don't stay here

The absolute WORST experience. Bathrooms weren't even attempted to be cleaned, the besdsheets and pillow cover VISIBLY DIRTY. when I asked the HEADSTAFF about it, he literally said "go find another room then". Never have experienced such worst service.

Rooms were clean and tidy, u can easily accommodate but the experience we got from the management was worst as they demanded extra money when they got to know we have no other option instead to visit them again for the rooms, first time they asked for 2k then they charged 2.4k when we visited without option They were

Do not visit this lodge!!! Firstly sooo expensive..they don't tell the exact price upfront and later quote a different amount. The rooms were clean but the staff wasn't responsive , hot water was not available.. water was very dirty and smelly and even after complaining no action was taken and claimed the water is very clean .. I would not recommend this to anyone as it's not clean and it's expensive
