They are a scam!! They over charge for the rooms and don't provide the basic necessities, we were there last Saturday and it was a hot day! when complained about fan not working the owner rudely says we never said we would provide fans. the owner and the care taker fought with us!! they are good to you untill you pay once paid they don't even care for their customers. They didn't even have proper drinking water supply at night. We had booked three big rooms. The bed sheets and bathroom were dirty they didn't even replace or clean it after the previous customers stay. Please don't book here!! You will regret big time!! the good reviews are fake!!

It's a scam!! First of all a guy on the main road said the family room is for 2000 and once we reached the location the owner(or the manager) demanded 4500 saying the other price is for a smaller room. We didn't enquire and just checked in, while parking the car outside the premises he just gave 500 each for two people who showed up the pace to us. Later the rooms are fine but TV doesn't work, fans make lots of rattling sound even after complaining to the reception no one responded. I would not recommend this place make a better offer before checking in at any location around.

Very clean rooms. Helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Drawbacks are that towels and soaps were not provided and the air-conditioning control is with the reception. No intercoms in the rooms and we have to call the person on the phone for any service. Another drawback was the place does not have designated car parking

We booked a AC room and they charged reasonable price for a day. Rooms are in pretty good condition and cleanliness well maintained.
